"Ron Cruz was the technician that came out. I was quoted a much higher price at frist over the phone and wasn't going to use them at 1st. But then they called me back and told me they would charge 1/2. Ron was very professional and friendly. He was also efficient and sympathetic to my situation. I would recommend that you request the tech if given the choice. He even charged my $10 less than the 2nd quote of $60.00 so I wouldn't have to borrow it from my neighbor. I wish many blessings to this remarkable person."

"Mitch is an awesome person and knows his craft well. Our first contact was for a winch boat key my husband had lost. Upon arriving Mitch showed my husband that he had left the winch unlocked! Mitch didn’t charge us even for the call. Fast forward to a few weeks ago and we needed Mitch’s service again to help with a dead bolt on our front door. He came out that day, and had to replace the lock. Again just an awesome person all around!"

"I had the worst experience ever dealing with this business. I ordered a key fob for my vehicle and they promised to get it in 3-4 days and call me back. The store charged me for the whole amount of the key with cutting and programing the fob in advance. I called after a week, when I didn't hear back from them, to learn that the person who do this type of keys is sick. I went to the store, a few days later, to find that the person who do the key is back, but unfortunately, the key didn't arrive. They become very rude when I asked for a refund and refused to issue a refund till the return is approved by the manager. I called back the same day to talk to the manager with no luck. I just spoke to the same person who kept running me around and informed me that he just received the key and I can come after the weekend for installation. That was a lie because it was a holiday with no delivery of any kind. I am sure that they had received the key earlier but they got overwhelmed and couldn't handle their business. It was a long 2 weeks of aggravation and frustration for buying simple key which I could have got it at Low's in 15 minutes with half the price. I will never go back or recommend their service to anyone I know."

"I have 2 Keys I needed cut. Assuming I needed both programmed. I was told over the phone that 140 for 2 keys, provided, cut and programmed. The tech came out and cut and ?programmed? 2 keys. Long story short after the tech left I checked both keys and noticed that one vehicle didn?t have the light for an immobilizer (I have had the vehicle for all of 2-3 days). When I called to ask why I got charged for 140 for 2 keys to be cut and programmed even though only 1 was programmed I got hit with attitude and rudeness. I also asked the tech why he plugged the scanner in but never mentioned that my car didn?t even need the programming just to be told he looked into it before even getting there. The guy Ryan is a con artist and a disrespectful guy. This business will lie to you and they to get one over on you. I?m reporting this practice to the BBB and hope people will use more locally owned shops like [Competitor Name Removed] as they don?t seem like crooks getting over on people."
