Excellent. We needed to change the locks and doorknobs anyway so we went ahead as he was there letting us in. He recommended which lock sets to get, waited patiently while I went to home depot to buy them, then he installed them cleaned up any mess he made. Very helpful, understanding and professional. Additionally this was on a Saturday, price was very good considering the amount of time he was here and amount of work on a weekend. The quality of work was excellent as well. We highly recommend.

Great experience with this company. Showed up at my house within an hour of my phone call, was very punctual, and had everything done within an hour. I don't have a ton of experience with locksmiths, but their prices seemed very reasonable. Would highly recommend them.

Installed a new deadbolt lock combination on front door. Installed a new lock on garage entrance door. Changed door handles on two other doors and made a key to our back door. The two locksmiths took their time, did a good job, called because they would be half an hour late and cleaned up after themselves.
We were very pleased and they were very reasonable.

Dropped off the car on a Saturday and I told them I needed it by Tuesday. On Monday they called and asked a question about a new key fob, since they had a workaround that was less expensive. I took their recommendation and am very happy with the results. Picked up the car on Tuesday as requested. I would definitely use them again.

Overall it went superbly. She introduced herself as she arrived and got to work immediately. She was absolutely knowledgeable and a true professional, dispensing with a task I would never even attempt, quickly and efficiently. From the moment I made the appointment to the completion of the project I have nothing but praise for this company. I'm so glad I contacted them for this job. She even cleaned up the small amount of debris from drilling the door.

Repairman inspected the dead bolt that would not unlock. Removed the frozen mechanism and replaced it. Grinded the jam openings to ensure a smooth operation of the dead bolt and the door.

Very well. Clyde and Willie were professional, prompt, competent, and courteous. They fixed the problem and the front door now opens and closes perfectly. The price was just a little bit high, but I realize they came just one day after I called them.
