"Paolo is an amazing contractor. I'm usually pleased if a contractor is responsive, or honest, or creative. Paolo is all of the above and more. He did an amazing job of completely rebuilding our master bath. He had great ideas, was extremely patient and flexible and wasn't satisfied until we were. His craftsmanship is beyond reproach and his crew were wonderful to have around the house (especially his father who works with him). Ben Meffley the Owner of Sky home improvement came to my home and gave me a better estimate than the previous company. I decided to go to a store to pick out the flooring myself and Ben went out of his way to pick it up for me.
He did a fantastic job installing the floor, and tried to be considerate in cleaning up any mess left behind.

"I started the remodel myself and made a mess of a few things but Cougar Development Corp was able to repair my mistakes and give us a finished product that we can be happy to have our guests use. The vanity and shelving look amazing and the trim work done throughout is fantastic. At the end of the project I even requested caulking throughout to prepare for the paint due to my lack of equipment and they did it quickly and perfectly.
