He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! He explained the pros and cons of different products and advised us on what would work best. Jeff and Joe the siding crew are perfectionists to say the least. Their attention to detail, workmanship and ability to solve a multitude of challenges involving vinyl and metal trim on an old house that has 5 additions was outstanding. The project managers and installation crews for the decking, handrails, gutters and sun tunnels were excellent. All the work was performed on time and crews always kept us up to date on progress. The recommendations I received by all the crews throughout the job to give us the best job possible were always on the mark and resulted in a beautiful home. As our home is on a main road we receive compliments all the time from people in town on how amazing the house looks and have had people knock on the door to ask us about the job and who did the work. Other contractors working on the house are very impressed with the work and ask "Who did this work? It is excellent."
