GOOD COMMUNICATION: Joey contacted me immediately after requesting an estimate. He thoroughly explained his process to mow the overgrown lot and provided a reasonable price. He suggested a mowing schedule to keep the grass from getting overgrown while limiting the amount of times it needed to be maintained. RESPONSIVENESS: He was able to get to the lot the same day we communicated. HONESTY & PROFESSIONALISM: Since I don't live close by, Joey provided before and after pictures to verify how overgrown the lot was and how it looked after mowing. He also did extra passes next to the road and neighboring lots to make the lot presentable to the neighbors since it was a bit overgrown. No problems recommending Bear Creek Lawn Care to others.

Joey made my yard look 1000% better than the previous contractor. He even offered to finish what the previous contractor didnâ t do and fix the mistakes from the previous contractor. Very professional with fair pricing would recommend any time.

It would have been nice to even have a service performed, I hired Joey to mow and confirmed a scheduled date and time , preferred payment method with the amount to be paid, and what I wanted done. On the day he was scheduled to come he told me he was on his way then nothing; no response no follow up. I never heard a single thing again despite numerous calls and messages. Completely unprofessional.

We are so far extremely pleased with him! Really appreciate his communications and the price is very affordable compared to other quotes . I appreciate that because we cannot do the mowing ourselves. He did a great job and Id highly recommend!

Great Communication and did a great job

Bear Creek Lawn Care was, by far, the best lawn service we've ever had. The job was to weed and prepare 6 flower beds for mulching, and then, deliver and apply the mulch. Joey, the owner, did a superb job. He was diligent in doing the weeding and creative in applying the mulch so it best set off the plants. Joey worked during this summer's heat wave but was able to continue for 6 to 8 hours despite the heat. And the mulch he delivered was very high quality. Joey was very pleasant to work with. He called when he said he would call and arrived when he said he would arrive. He was courteous and easy to talk to. He ask for clarification, when needed, about the scope of the job and made adjustments as I asked for them. I cannot recommend him strongly enough. His work was incredible, and I will gladly have him back for other projects.
