I got a few quotes and found that the prices with bestway were fair. Went with them because from phone staff to installers they were all profesional and reliable. Great quote and I knew exactly what I was getting.

Great service and a successful soundproofing result inside the house

Bestway crew arrived promptly at 0730 and were finished by noon. Job involved air sealing: top plates, wire penetrations, bathroom fans, ceiling can lights, etc., conducting a pre/post leak test, and adding cellulose insulation to a 40-year old attic. Crew boss was professional, courteous, and capable. He could answer any question that I had and took the time to explain what they would do at the start of the job. Bestway actually installed a bit more insulation than promised in their estimate at no additional cost. Garage was cleaner after the crew left than before they arrived.

The Best way team were great both on the phone and on site. They know what they're doing and they went the extra mile to clean up and get the job done right even with minor details.

Still waiting for the excel rebate, but other than that, they were professional and explained ever step of the process. Their thorough and knowledgeable overview instilled confidence that they were the right company to go with.

You also need to schedule follow up touch up painting and retexturing and painting of drywall if any exterior wall is brick. Great crew and clean up.

They arrived on time. The energy audit was very thorough. I was very happy with their service. I actually found people online that charged twice as much for this service. Audit was only $135 after the rebate from Xcel energy.

Cannot say enough about the Bestway team and the outstanding job they did for us. Debbie and the Bestway team advised us to complete a home energy audit. In doing so, we learned how poorly our home was insulated. We let the Bestway team come in and go to work. They were meticulous in every area they addressed. As the Bestway team completed the work at our house, we were pleased with the care and thoroughness of the work. Dave led the work team and was a joy to have at our home across the 4 days. He always kept us updated, told us when there were challenges, and went out of his way to correct issues that were problems because of the way our home was built. Debbie was excellent at identifying areas where we could take advantage of Xcel rebates. When the job was wrapped up, the Bestway folks left our home in great shape -- and cleaned our garage! Hats off!

Very Honest and great Customer Service

Fantastic company, they really know their insulation! We had our cathedral ceilings insulated as well as two separate attic spaces. They put blow-in insulation in both attics, attached batts (rolls) of insulation to partial attic walls that were adjacent to interior rooms, and crammed tons of blow-in insulation into my cathedral ceilings. In addition, they also sealed around all sorts of ceiling penetrations to prevent air leaking out of the house (light fixtures, fans, etc). We can already feel a difference in the home's warmth. They also stapled paper rulers all over the attic so they could maintain the proper thickness of insulation all over. I highly recommend these guys!

Very professional and did a great job and the price was in line. I had the attic and the out side walls done. They were up to date with rebates that were given for xcel customers. They were great at cleaning up and explained what to expect. The office staff was also great and easy to talk to.

Bestway came out and gave me a quote. I liked the entire crew. They did all the work for themselves (No subcontracting). They airsealed my entire attic and put in a TON of insulation. Seriously, they put in over 130 bags of insulation in my attic. The first night, I had to take my covers off because I was so warm. I guess I've been used to a drafty bedroom. They also put insulation in a couple of my walls for soundproofing between bedrooms. This helped, but did not totally fix the issue (but I knew that going in). My only complaint is I wish the company were a little more tech savvy. They don't respond to e-mails, only phone calls. This means there is a lot of phone tag going on with calling and the person is not there. We will get back to you. Then they called, and leave a message. Much easier to just send an e-mail verifying something than making 10 phone calls. The end result is all that matters, and I'd hire them again without questions. They also sent in for my rebates, and about 12 weeks later I got a check.
