He did an amazing job of completely rebuilding our master bath. He had great ideas, was extremely patient and flexible and wasn't satisfied until we were. His craftsmanship is beyond reproach and his crew were wonderful to have around the house (especially his father who works with him). If you can get him on your schedule, I recommend him without any hesitation.."

"Ferguson Home Improvements did a fantastic job.  All the work that needed to get done, was finished beyond my expectations.  The workers were very friendly.  The job took a little longer that expected, but Ferguson Home Improvements were not at fault, the weather played a major factor with the deck stain and door installation.  At the time the work was getting done, we received a lot of rain and storms.  All in all, I would highly recommend Ferguson Home Improvements.

"They were fast, efficient, and CLEAN. Very professional. Work was really well done- biggest problem is that the part of the ceiling they installed is so much nicer than the part that wasn't affected by the flood. Brian and team from Walls had done a previous job- installing a ventilating fan in the ceiling of our guest bathroom where our old fan was doing a terrible job; paint was peeling because of moisture. Brian got me a much better fan and installed it- difference was amazing. The guys saw that our banister going down to the basement had come loose- and without my asking and at no charge, they repaired it. I now use them for a variety of handy man tasks. They are not cheap: as I recall, around $125 to come out - but they are fast and very good and manage to keep the price reasonable.

"After a ridiculous estimate from a prior contractor, whom I fired, I called G&G and another local company.  Both came out for estimates as scheduled.  G&Gs estimate was a hair higher, but I felt more comfortable with them than the other company.
Amanda was easily reachable and everything was easily scheduled around my personal schedule.
The crew arrived early the day of the job and promptly began to work.  They didn't mind at all that I watched, as I wanted to see the damaged plywood they'd be removing.  The main roof was completed in a day.  The sunroof roof and gutters were completed the next day.  Due to weather, the shutters were installed on the third day.  A few bits and pieces of the sunroof work were left behind, but nothing to complain about.
Although the other estimate for the main roof was a tad higher than the other company, the sunroom roof and gutter prices easily made up for it.  They also sent out a guy to pressure wash the house after the work was complete....fabulous!!!
I look forward to working with them again on further projects...and highly recommend them to other Angie's List members.

"Steve was very punctual, showing up early every day. The work didn't exceed the estimate, and he was very good about explaining any needed changes as they came up. His knowledge of construction standards was very helpful and one of the main reasons we chose Townside. The projects listed were not done in a single contract, but over three seperate visits. "The job came out looking good, but there were some problems...a broken light fixture, (repaced by Matthew) busted water hose nozzle and a busted bed out of MY wheelbarrow. Matthew also required all money before the job was finished, which should not be the case. However, I am happy with the work performed, and Matthew was very personable and easy to work with. He should take a look, though at how he goes about asking for payment in the future, after the job is done."
