Mr. Hostetter and his team surpassed all high standards of service, competency and genuine care. Their professionalism was exceptional, extremely prompt, very reliable, and the installation was done flawlessly. We would not want to go anywhere else after yesterday.

They did a great job

Mr. Hostetter came out to our house and we found a review for him on Angie's List. His reviews were straight on. In fact we found him by seeing a review on another company that Mr. Hostetter had stepped in to make a bad situation good. He is a very trusting, honest, and hard working man! He came out to the house and after checking our system gave us our options. He was very informative and didn't make us feel like we had to make a hurried decision. We decided to replace our unit. His guys came out and put in the new unit and took out the old. They were complete gentleman and made sure they had cleaned up after themselves and even shut doors behind themselves. They were hard workers and didn't stop till the job was done. I would definitely recommend to anyone. They were very reasonably priced as we had priced others in our area that were much higher.

Mr. Ed Hostetter was very nice to work with. My air conditioner was not working and I was panicked since it was going to be so hot that day. He came to my house both times I called him on the same day, and knew exactly what was going on and how to fix it. quickly. He has a good reputation in Lexington, and certainly did a good job for me. I will call him again and am happy to give a good review for his work.

The unit was originally too big to fit into the opening of the crawl space.  Through tinkering and hard work the guys got it in and working.  They did a great job.

We knew it would take some time to get someone out to look at the heat pump when it was simply not keeping the house cool with 90 degree days. This of course happened just as this area experienced a major wind storm called a derecho. Lots of fallen trees and power lines though we ourselves did not lose power. We did though lose enough trees that we not only had the heat to contend with but more sun hitting the house because of the loss. We called this company since they had done work for us in the past and were familiar with the older unit. It is a busy time of year especially with so many people including us, still recovering from the storm. We were told they would come on a Monday and would call first. By 5pm Monday we had not heard from them. A phone call later, we learned they were not going to make it, but would come by noon Tuesday. Needless to say we were not happy with the lack of phone call from them (we had to call them) and the delay but were willing to wait one more day. They arrived Tuesday when expected and completed the needed work in 95 degree heat. As it turned out, what should have been a simple replacement of a relay took almost 45 minutes because of the older wiring of the unit. We were also told that we do evidently have a coolant leak, but for now something to just keep an eye on. So even though we were not happy with the delay and lack of communication, we know this is a bad time here with so many people needing repairs because of the storm, we are willing to still give this company a good rating since they are honest and reasonably priced. They do not try to over-sell their work and stand behind the work that they do. It is a father and son team who take pride in their work, but maybe in order to help people, overextend themselves to the point that they simply are not always right on time. It is an acceptable issue considering that I trust their work.
