"CALL THESE GUYS FIRST! We have a drain in our basement that has overflowed for years. It's finicky and the problem comes and goes depending on the activity. We recently decided to fix it once and for all- we had THREE Rooter companies come out and all three provided different 'solutions'. Rooter-Man was the ONLY company to spend the time to determine the problem, test their theories and work tirelessly until the pipe was cleared out. The other companies had me prepared to spend TEN THOUSAND dollars with them to trench a new line in our backyard. Shane from Rooter-Man was honest, professional, nice, hardworking and knowledgeable. "Eric and his guys did a great job. First thing I noticed is Eric is extremely responsive and prompt. Second thing is he explained everything in depth with options. Finally the job itself was great. I had a backyard that had pretty much turned into a mess from mud and poor drainage. Water would just sit for weeks on end to the point that it would start to stink. He made several drainage adjustments to my back yard to include installing a french drain and then I had a hardscape patio installed in place of the the constant sloppy mud I have had for years.
