"This was a misunderstanding, the customer was under the impression we were coming right back to put the lid on, when in fact was told we had to go back and manufacturer one at our yard and send him the quote, the customer also had taken the reps number down wrong and finally called in to the office and got the correct number. When we had the lid made we contacted the customer and he stated he had already went with another company. We DO NOT have any other bad reviews, we are very highly rated here on Homeadvisor and other similiar review sites."
