The company deserves 1000 stars l. Chris came and gave a well thorough inspection and estimate of my actic. Had my concerns and expectations, I had several other companies come and give quotes for double the price. Especially ORKIN. Orkin tried to use care tactics to sign contract without any explanation. Chris gave the quote and the crew arrived a week later as scheduled. Chris has a great work crew who were professional , caring, and did high quality work. Every step of the way, I was communicated and was filled in. I was shown before , during and after photos. And end results were UNBELIEVABLE Chris is fair and honest, he gives reasonable prices and will not take advantage of his customers.

I highly recommend Quality Insulation. Chris stopped by to give us an estimate on removing our old attic insulation and replacing it with new blown in insulation. He took numerous photos to show us what the attic currently looked like. He thoroughly explained each step. The crew came the following week and got the job done. Chris is professional and knowledgeable about his work. They cleaned up afterwards and you never knew that they were there. They all wore booties and spread out floor coverings along the steps. Chris took more photos after the job was done, so once again we saw what the new insulation looked like in our attic.

This project went very. The results were a success. Chris the owner was very professional in his approach and presented several options on how this project could be done. I have dealt with contractors in the building trades on my job and with another property I own. I only wish all of my contractor experiences were as on the level and professional as was my experience with Quality Insulation.

Truly a quality job and the whole process was great from start to finish. Estimator and crew arrived on time. Chris (owner) was flexible on making adjustments to work order as requested. Online quotation/invoice system made the process really easy. Took before and after pictures to show that work had been complete as requested. Noticed a disconnected bathroom vent pipe in the attic and repaired free of charge. Cleared both attics of insulation without leaving mess. Extremely pleased with the results, made an immediate difference in the climate of my upstairs!

This all started when our neighbors tried to get some roof repairs done and we said sure, we’d be glad to have your contractor look at our roof, so trusting and innocent. It turned out our neighbors didn’t have any problems but we did – the rainy year had killed our roof and added mold! Chris Jordan’s Quality Insulation company did the moldy insulation removal and replacement with top quality insulation. Chris and company made a stressful situation much easier to handle. They were prompt: the crew arrived on time and was very careful with protecting our house, i.e. drop clothes and handling things in the attic and cleaning up so that it was like they were never there – no debris, dust, etc. In addition they assessed new problems, i.e., work done by the previous owners that wasn’t insulated at all. They were flexible when we had to reschedule because our HOA was doing paving on the day we were originally scheduled to do the work.

Chris Jordan and his team did an excellent job with my attic insulation. Chris was very professional and quite nice. He explained everything in detail during the consultation. I received four quotes and Chris’ was quite comparable. I had a roof issue going on and wanted to complete the removal/replacement of the insulation in phases. Chris worked with me to complete the insulation as needed. His crew arrived on time. They covered work areas prior to working and ensured that everything was clean afterwards. They even did some extra work without asking for extra money. The pricing was quite reasonable for all the effort they put in. I would definitely recommend Quality Insulation for the exceptional service provided.

Chris replied to my inquiry within a day and came on a Saturday to provide an estimate. He explained his recommendations: air seal attic & foam all intrusions; install baffles; install blown insulation to R-49. Because there was an unexpected opening, I was able to schedule work the following Wed. and received a discount for scheduling so soon. The crew was quiet and careful. Chris also helped me troubleshoot the source for a noise I was hearing coming from the attic--it related to the roof rather than the attic.

This was the best experience I have had with contractors in the D.C. area. We had a pretty decent sized job with reinsulation of the kitchen. Chris, the owner, was incredibly informative and responsive from the first phone call and all the way through. He responded quickly, really knew what he was talking about and was more than fair in pricing. When the day came to do the work he and his team were super punctual and worked hard and efficiently. The result is awesome, our floors are much better and he really made sure that the insulation was done efficiently. He kept us informed every step of the way, took lots of before and after pictures so we have documentation and was a really stand up guy as were his people. I can't stress enough how happy we were and are. The winter just got much better, as will our heating bills. Thank you Chris and Team!

Perfectly! Not only did Chris and his crew do their job wonderfully, but they also helped out correct issues in the house not related to insulation (e.g. seal ducts, air seal other areas in the house). They were extremely professional, careful, punctual (there at 7:45AM!), and polite. If there was any other area of the house where we would need insulation work done, I would call them right away! One last note: Chris (manager) is there at every job, throughout, and they have a small crew (2-3) that is highly trained.

I requested a quote for removal of existing insulation in the attic and reinsulate it. Dan Robinson, the owner of the company texted me and called me to get some details. He didn't mind stopping by on Sunday to take a look at the attic and measure it. They scheduled my job quickly and finished in 2 days. Everybody in the crew was wonderful. Chris, the team leader, deserves special thanks for the wonderful job of replacing my bathroom fans. They asked me to check the attic after they removed the old insulation and blowing in the new one. Overall it is an excellent job done. I highly recommend quality insulation and will call them for all my future insulation projects.

Dan, Chris and team were very professional, no high pressured sale tactics, and they prepped the home to protect my home furnishings and cleaned up after the project was completed. I highly recommend them to anyone sitting on the sidelines to have like work done.

Working with Dan Roberson and his crew was a pleasure. They removed old asbestos containing insulation from our attic safely and quickly. They cleaned and disinfected the attic, and then put in new insulation. They also removed old plastic sheeting from our crawl space and put in new plastic and foam insulation. They are very reasonable in price, great to work with, and leave the house cleaner and in better shape than when they came. Would definitely recommend them.

In January of this year, I had another company come and take out the old insulation and install the blown-in insulation. However, they botched up the job and we found ourselves constantly vacuuming the insulation that was coming down through all the recess lights. They hadn’t bothered to seal them correctly. They also created so much mess removing the old insulation; so we had to move to the basement while cleaning up the main floor from the messy job they did. That’s when Dan was called in to remove the blown in kind and install the blue jeans insulation. Dan suggested the blue jeans batts, knowing my chemical sensitivity. I hadn’t known such insulation existed and am grateful he did to minimize exposure to chemical. I was very impressed from the moment I saw the crew wearing a suit that was clearly designed to protect them. Dan’s crew discovered that the other insulation company had not properly removed all the old insulation company, and Dan could have charged me more for the extra removal work, but he stuck with the quoted price and did an amazing job. He made sure I would not be affected by the removal of the old blown-in insulation(have asthma). This time no dust was created while removing the blown-in insulation. I can’t say enough about Dan and his crew. I am so grateful to him and his crew. Dan is honest, professional, empathetic, and is meticulous about getting job done right. I would most highly recommend him to anyone for any type of insulation work.

Dan and his crew did an outstanding job! The most professional/knowledgeable and quick contractor i have ever hired, as real estate agent, investor, and property manager. Fantastic experience with Dan and his crew. Dan came out on a Sunday morning to look at our house, inspect the very tight attic space via a small access hole, and provided a quote on the spot. Answered all questions, was very knowledgeable about what he was dealing with, and explained the entire process. On the day of - his crew arrived, set up drop cloths, plastic over everything near where they were working, and were very polite. They worked fast, air sealed the attic spaces, hooked up the hose through a window down to the trailer without making a mess in the yard, provided photos, and cleaned up. You'd never know they were there! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dan and Quality Insulation to anyone looking for insulation work. His quote was fair, his whole team is fantastic, and Dan's just a great guy to work with. A+!

They arrived on time, were very neat, and did a very good job. I also liked that they have suggestions for approved contractors (electrical, plumber, painting/drywall, and roofing) listed at the bottom of their receipt. I was in need of an electrician, so I called the name (Chris Ecker) listed. He came out to my home and did an excellent job as well!

Dan came out to give us an estimate. He explained everything and why different types of insulation were better than others. I could understand how the estimate from the pest control company, while less expensive, wouldn't quite do the job. Dan sent Chris and a team of 3 men to do the work. They showed up on time. They wore hazmat suits to protect themselves and took photos of the work so that I could see what they did. They cleaned up the space outside the crawl space entrance nicely afterwards.
