You can see the 2 in wide concrete at the top of the hearth and the hearthstone inside of the firebox. You can also see the varying overhangs and the wide insert of additional concrete at the top of the hearthstone on either side to account for the additional space due to miscalculation. I have had numerous conversations with Katie who talks over me telling me this was done to code. She promised me twice last week that her manager would call me and I have not heard from anyone. She suggested that they could squeeze i a piece of brick at the to"

We offer 24/7, emergency service year-round, since sewer and drain problems can arise at any time.
"We were told that this would be a one-day project, and they could get it done without impacting our business. Not only did it take far more than one day (three weeks to be exact) it severely impacted our operations and cost us a significant amount in lost revenue. I have called several times during the project and requested for a member of management to call me regarding the issues with this and have never received a call back. The project failed the first inspection and took two weeks for them to get the second one scheduled. due to their lack of planning and follow through with the city. I would not recommend this company if you were on a specific timeline and they were far more expensive for the same work than other companies."

"They showed up on time, checked out my new sink, faucet set and drain for completeness and compatibility, then went to work removing the old hardware. The sink would not come loose from the countertop, because the installer used construction adhesive instead of caulking, but they guys figured out a way to make it happen without damaging my countertop. Neal noticed the lever control on my new faucet was installed backwards from the factory, and carefully disassembled it and made it right without leaving a single scratch or mark on my new faucet. After everything was installed, they went over the whole thing with a fine tooth comb to be sure everything worked as it should with no leaks, including letting the faucet heat up with hot water and chill down with cold water. They left my kitchen immaculately clean around the work area and carried away all the old parts. Those three guys worked 7.5 hours, not letting a couple of setbacks deter them, finding a way forward, and left me a very happy customer. They were punctual, cordial, polite, knowledgeable and professional. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat."
