My home warranty company, AHS, had no appointments for a week even though temps in 90's and 95 yr Mom in home! I called @ 9:30 and sweet Mary had Shane here by 12:30! Wonderful people to deal with. Would definitely call on them again...can't sing enough praises!!

Tyler and the Virginia Climate HVAC team are the best in RVA. Had several quotes on issue w/ heating system from a few local providers. Virginia Climate offered several options vs (the “you need a new system, not worth fixing”) and they were extremely competitive in price. Tyler, the tech, was prompt, very informative, and diligent in his work. - VA Climate is my “go to” now for heating and AC work. Thank you.

I love this company. From start to finish they were professional, punctual, responsive, and fairly priced. I benchmarked pricing with two other big box stores and Virginia Climate not only fit me in immediately on their schedule, but also beat the competitors by $2,000 for the same exact equipment and services. Right on time, courteous and skilled technician. Found capacitor under spec on compressor, replaced at a fair price. As he was leaving, and I was returning home, I asked him to check my crawlspace dehumidifier, which had been troublesome. He took care of it. Found it low on refrigerant, and he took down serial number to check on the warranty. Great service!

Air conditioner drain had a clog in attic. Va Climate got a panicked phone call and were out immediately. They were wonderful. Very calm and had everything fixed up immediately. They then offered to check the rest of our systems and caught another almost catastrophe! I will only use VA CLIMATE now! They are kind, quick and know what they are doing! They also keep track and let me know when it's time for a re check and schedule an appointment.
