"Eric and Axel were outstanding. They called and came out to see job yesterday afternoon, check availability of gas heater needed to fit space and came out this morning before 8. They also changed out leaking ABS drain pipes in the same utility closet, reconfiguring for better access to all pipes and equipment. Entire job done in 1 1/2 hours including having to lift water heaters over the furnace. Amazing! Also saved me over $2000.00 that my home warranty quoted me. Eric was very polite, reassuring and honest with this 73 year old widow who had been a week without hot water and crying about the warranty plumber demanding cash and upping out of pocket costs each phone call.
