We have some kind of masonite/wood siding which had some rot damage, a board with a hole and some with no paint. Some window, door and other trim had issues and needed to be replaced. I have to say I'm super impressed with the crews handyman skills, all the fixes were done that you couldn't tell that there ever was an issue.
