"Tan stepped in when another contractor flaked out. Did a beautiful bath remodel with Carrara tile, glass shower and freestanding tub. Came in on budget. His crew was great to work with and respectful of our home. Did a good cleanup. Was nice to have a contractor that pays attention to details, listens, provides good guidance and follows through. A very good experience!"

His brick layer has 38 yr. of experience, as I recall, and has managed very large construction jobs in the past. The crew were punctual and very easy to work with; e.g., they were generous in determining how much of the old mortar to replace. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this contractor to others."
