After getting three proposals, we decided to go with Power House Remodeling, which was the middle estimate. When the owner, Steve Edwards, came to our home to give us a proposal for a patio and vinyl fence, my husband and I were impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness of his presentation. He was prepared and seemed to know alot about the products that his company uses. He listened to our needs and we welcomed his suggestions and expertise. It was nice to see a variety of picture's of the work that his company had performed to help us with making the best design choices for our patio and fence. From start to finish, the job took only three days. There was great communication throughout the process and my calls were always returned promptly. First, Steve's construction crew built our 374 sq. ft, Techo Bloc Patio in just two days. Talk about teamwork and amazing craftsmanship, these guys were unstoppable and so efficient.
