I was so impressed with Mr. C, Kelley's attention detail during the fan installations, I inquired about changing a fuse box to a breaker panel and upgrading the service. Contractor contacted me within several hours of initial call.  Following day, electrician came by and provided estimates based on the features of the fan we opted to use.  Unfortunately, this pricing came in a bit higher then I was expecting.  Several days later I came across a fan in a local retailer that met all my needs and was at an attractive sale price.  I re-contacted Cole Electric and asked if they would adjust their quote to cover just their labor and other materials needed to do the job.  They did this, readjusted their quote and performed the work a day later.

As before, the end result was excellent customer service, a willingness to work with the customer and a clean professional installation.  I was very satisfied.

One of the ceiling fans was located in a room with a 20" ceiling. It was a tough install and they did a great job.
