"Scotty and his brother were great to work with.  They first came to run new circuits and wire several receptacles, lights, etc.  Then after the drywall was done, they came back to hook up the circuits to the breaker and installed all the lights.  They were pleasant and professional.  Scotty was great about communicating so I had a good expectation of when they were going to come out and how long it was going to take.

Once here, Cesare listened attentively to concerns and he set to work quickly running a whole house diagnostic test, checking the breaker box and every outlet in the house. "I received a call to let me know Scott was on his way, as promised. Upon investigation, The ballast surely needed replacement, and repair was pretty straightforward. The service call required time for purchase of part (since I live far from hardware stores), since light fixture is very old technology, but Scott explained the repair from the beginnning and provided options for replacement (he recommended just replacing ballast), but also explained cost of upgrading fixture to newer technology in response to my questions (sometimes it's worth investing more upfront to prevent sooner repair), and part was installed and light works like new. Scott was very professional and informative and I was so great full for Davis & Green coming out to my house since most electrical companies I contacted wouldn't come out to my area for such a small job. The service charge and extra cost of traveling to my area were discussed upfront over the phone, so there were no surprises!"

"The individual who came and did the work, worked really hard. I've never seen anybody work as hard as he did. My opinion is really about Jeff, who is one of their main people who does the job. He worked tirelessly to get it done and then later when some of these lights went out, he actually came and replaced them. I was pleased with him. I can't tell you about the company itself but he sure has been diligent in helping me. We checked out a lot of other company and they seem to be reasonable compared to other individuals that gave us the estimate. One had a really fancy design for the whole yard and it was like $15,000 and we said, "No way. What about these light right around the house?" and it was $9000 so this choice was a much better deal. He did a great job in putting everything in but the light bulb seemed to be burning out. He did a great job in digging, putting in the line and putting in the lights. A lot of times there are other jobs and it takes him a while to get here."
