Schools Electrical Service Inc

It didn’t go well. I had purchased a special offer that included a bath exhaust fan which included installation for $150.00. Mr Schools did not only honor his offer but would not, did not refund what I paid. Schools offered plenty excuses but never delivered- this event occurred over a several month period. Extremely disappointed and a total rip-off in my opinion.

I purchased {paid in advance} a special offer for a bathroom exhaust fan install that included the fan and labor for $150.00. From my first contact nearly 2 years ago until now (10-2018) a fan has still not been provided and installed - I've gotten nothing for my $150 but being ignored. This contractor has refused my refund requests etc. and has made no effort to right this wrong.

After obtaining the correct outlet the job was completed quickly

We got off to an unfortunate bad start because my emails to Mr. Schools went to his spam file. I was frustrated by his unresponsiveness to my emails but there was no way he could have known what was happening. I know he was being honest about this because other companies and individuals with whom I've interacted with have had a similar problem lately. His telephone manner was exceeding polite. The employee who did the actual work embodied the same manner--kind, polite, cordial, and competent. I would hire these folks back in a heartbeat.

The Lantern post light never worked so they promised to return to fix problem in less than 2 weeks for additional $175. Its now going into October and No Return Date. Also I have not been able to receive a Paper Invoice for my Paid Completed Work I requested Numerous times. Woody, their worker was very Professional and did Excellent Work.

Orig order was placed in July but Schools resch for Aug. Wayne did Excellent Work & Cleaned Up After.

It could not have gone any smoother. Very satisfied.

All the work was done making sure receptacles and fixtures had a neat level finished appearance. Tools were placed carefully to avoid accidental falls and damage to my home. (It is rare I have not had minor damage to my homes--floors and woodwork, in particular--caused during other repair visits.) Work areas were thoroughly cleaned of any and all debris once work was complete. Moreover, the two electricians, both named Josh, were cheerful and pleasant to talk with. Almost entirely all positive. I did have to wait a very long time for the appt., and there was some sort of miscommunication with the office which resulted in me waiting all day for men who weren't coming until the NEXT day. But despite this, unless in a rush, I would hire Schools again.

Josh and his assistant Josh did an amazing job! They arrived on time, looked at the job, seemed very confident in their abilities to fit things and went to work! They finished within the hour and left the space neat and clean. Highly recommended and will use again in the future as needed!

Outstanding! Mr Schools came at my convenience , was pleasant, professional and polite. He reviewed with me before he began what I needed done and the location for items being installed. He cleaned up all of the packaging , old and unused parts. Mr Schools earned an A+

I had a very good experience with Schools Electrical Service Inc. I really don't remember the cost of service but it was exactly what they said it would be. I was really impressed with them in other words so it would be over-all A. I would use Schools Electrical Service Inc again.

Team member arrived ahead of scheduled time to ensure work started on time. Job was completed quickly with clean up done without asking. Will use for future jobs.

The work went well after electrician arrived. But there was trouble communicating with them to arrange an appointment.

They were excellent. They were top-notch and awesome. They were right out. They were awesome across the board. They did a really awesome job. There was no additional cost at all. They were super fantastic. Their pricing is good, their service is good and their work is good.

It was great. It came from a little part further away than I expected but it was 2 young guys who came out who did exactly what I asked them to do. They just did the job, got in, got out and everything is fine. There was no fanfare, they were very polite and got in got out.

Jason was courteous, professional, timely, and efficient. He did an outstanding job, truly going the extra mile. The ceiling fan was wired so that it has its own light switch with two switches, one for the fan and one for the light kit. He did awesome work! I would gladly recommend Schools Electrical Service to anyone.
