He verified, with me, that he was at the correct home and then explained the process he used for his inspections. Throughout the day he kept me informed of his progress and if I ventured into the area he was working, he stopped and showed me various connections and pipes which I found interesting and educational. Joshua was knowledgeable about the wiring and plumbing in a well structured home of 111 years and I appreciated him sharing information with me. "Came in, barely looked around house or attic. Refused to crawl into attic to look for nesting. Stood at ceiling entrance and tossed in poison. No strategy to deal with them and no inspection of the area at all. Way overprice for service provided. Would not recommend them at all."

When you notice any of these signs in your mobile home, it’s time to call a professional to relevel your home:

  • Doors and windows are difficult to open and close

  • Creaking sounds in the house

  • Water is running off tables onto the floor

  • Unusual cracks

  • The skirting or siding of your house looks like it’s buckled under pressure
