Came in, barely looked around house or attic. Refused to crawl into attic to look for nesting. Stood at ceiling entrance and tossed in poison. No strategy to deal with them and no inspection of the area at all. Way overprice for service provided. Would not recommend them at all.

They did a professional job with really good communication. I would recommend.

They were very professional. They identified possible points of ingress and treated the anthills and areas within the house thoroughly.

Peyton called me back promptly to schedule a time & when he got stuck in traffic, he again called me to let me know he would be a few minutes late. He was professional, knowledgeable, & thorough. I haven't seen an ant since! I will definitely have them come out again.

Nest was hard to access, so when the first spray did not get rid of all of the hornets, H & R Pest Control came back out and sprayed the second time at no extra charge. They promised to get rid of the hornets for us even if it took a third time-- which it didn't.

First I would like to say, we live in a very wooded area where insects are a part of life , with that said, we found this company to be very punctual , fair, through , and professional.

After the initial call they showed up with equipment and the expertise to determine whether or not there was a termite infestation ? ( termites  a concern of ours as we have timbers as landscaping ) After extensive probing and digging at various locations along our exterior foundation, in the garage and under the deck it was determined no termites were present but, an ant problem was beginning to take hold in one corner of the deck ( which we were aware of )     H&R came back with a recommended cure and after a phone call from H&R  to make an appointment to treat, returned the following week to treat the entire exterior.   We were contacted sometime after the treatment by a representative to see if all was satisfactory and they met our needs and expectations.  The Job was completed within two weeks and we have not had a problem since. They come highly recommended and I have recommended them to our friends and neighbors.

They were very prompt, professional and thorough. Well groomed, clean and polite. I have complete trust in their abilities.

It seems to have eliminated the problem, the company was upfront saying it would take several weeks for the application to work fully and they also gave me some pests traps to put down.  He was very polite and professional.  If I need spraying done again I will give them a call.

Contractor arrived within minutes of calling him.  Was very courteous, professional and very knowlegable.
He used ample product and covered all sorts of areas on and around the house.
The ants are totally gone.  It was a good chemical that was taken back to the colony to kill them all off, not just a spot treatment.  I would definitely recommend this service if anyone has a bug problem.
