Neil took the time to answer all of our questions as first time homebuyers and did a comprehensive inspection that is going to save us a lot of grief! He was thorough and patient! We got radon testing so that’s included in the cost.

As a first time home buyer, I was extremely encouraged and satisfied with the detail that was put into inspecting the house and the time taken to go over the key points with me immediately after. Buying a home is an intimidating process, especially the part when someone points out of the short comings of the home you are hoping to make yours. Neil walked me through, the good and bad. He took time to answer my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. The report that we got back from Neil was clear and all the issues we had discussed were addressed in detail. I would recommend him to a family member!

He was very thorough and punctual. His report was completed and emailed the same day as the inspection.

The report was very detailed with photos as well as explanations of exactly what was needed to correct the problem.  Not only did the report list potential problems, it mentioned when things were working ok and listed them as "functional".  He covered all his bases and I appreciate that.  He was also very professional, courteous and punctual as well.  He took his time and didn't rush through.  He was here for well over 2 hours.  I really felt that we received excellent service for the price!  I would use 20/20 again and will recommend them to others. 

Neil was friendly and businesslike, wasted no time, and checked everything: electricity, plumbing, basic construction, eaves and down spouts, etc.  He couldn't have done any better.

Beyond our expectations! Neil was there early and stayed to answer questions about all kinds of things in the report. He used pictures, words, written report, and walking the inside and outside of the property to explain his findings. So helpful.
