I was hearing some rattling noises that I thought was the plumbing. I was not familiar with a plumber I the area so I asked a neighbor for a recommendation. They told me Randy and Sons had done a good job for them so I looked on Angie's List to see if they were there. They were so I called and got an immediate appointment for the next day. The and quot;sonand quot; arrived timely and did a through job of isolating the problem. A toilet valve and flap was extremely disintegrated and needed replacing. He even checked the second toilet in my home and recommended a flap be replaced. Cost is always more than one expects, but it was reasonable and I'd rather pay for good guaranteed work than have a novice perform the repair.
