He verified, with me, that he was at the correct home and then explained the process he used for his inspections. Throughout the day he kept me informed of his progress and if I ventured into the area he was working, he stopped and showed me various connections and pipes which I found interesting and educational. Joshua was knowledgeable about the wiring and plumbing in a well structured home of 111 years and I appreciated him sharing information with me.
