MLM was started with a simple concept: Potential clients, no matter what their individual or family needs, should always be approached with a genuine desire to understand their vision all while delivering a product that brings their dream to life.
"Great MLM did the roof installation. Everything worked out very well on time all aspects of the installation met my expectations. In addition, we had a gutter installation and gutter guards . Modifications were needed all went well on time follow up professional service. I would use MLM for further work and also would recommend them to friends and family"

NVS Kitchen and Bath is a full-service home remodeling contractor located right in Northern Virginia. With over 30 years of remodeling experience, we pride ourselves with delivering the highest quality customer service to our clients. From kitchens and baths to basements and bump outs, we guide our clients every step of the way. With a showroom that boasts over 6,000 square feet of design choices, we make it easy to find the right fit for your design project and a satellite showroom in McLean, Virginia! Since 1986, our mission at NVS has been to deliver the highest level of customer service to each and every client. We focus on the customer’s needs and wants and make sure we bring that into each project. From the time the homeowner sits down with our designers, all the way to the project’s completion - we make sure they are our number one focus. Interested in seeing more about how NVS integrates customer services into every aspect of the remodeling process? Our president, Glen Miracle, gives insight into just how important you are. Remodeling your home is a big decision and choosing the remodeling contractor to do it should be just as important. Make you sure you find a company with the proper experience who is also licensed and insured. The contractor you choose should also have a great reputation within the industry as well as with past clients. Opening your home to complete strangers isn’t easy so make sure you find a company that explains every step of the process and is willing to guide you through the entire project.
"If you want a company that will (a) not provide any type of design expertise (b) be completely sloppy with your project and (c) take no responsibility the second they have your money, this is the company for you. Absolutely horrible experience start to finish. We placed a $7k order for cabinets which included wall cabinets on either side of glass shelves above a bar. They came to measure and we told their employee multiple times we wanted glass doors on the cabinet (which they should have known anyway because it was for glassware over a bar). The guy didn't write anything down. We asked repeatedly for the details of the order and all they sent us was manufacturer codes which we couldn't tell anything from. We paid half up front, half on delivery. The cabinets arrived with wood doors. We called and they told us go ahead and pay for the order and they would fix it so we paid the second half by credit card. We have now spent three weeks trying to get them to provide the glass doors we ordered. They screwed it up, told us they would fix it to get us to pay, then have refused to make it right. And they have been aggressively unpleasant the entire time. I would burn my house to the ground before dealing with this firm again. After I posted a negative review on Yelp, the owner claimed that they had offered to work with us. That was false, so they are dishonest in addition to incompetent. First, they offered to let us buy new, replacement cabinets at cost, so basically pay twice for the same cabinets. Then they offered to cover about 25% of the total cost of replacing the cabinets. I emailed the service manager explaining that they were offering to cover almost none of the cost of the incorrect order. He emailed back and promised to have a proposed resolution for us the first week of November. I heard nothing further. I have emailed him twice since then--crickets. I have had a dining room full of cabinet boxes for over a month waiting on this company to respond to an email and make some reasonable accommodate for their failure to specify the order as we requested. I will post an update if/when they ever follow through on what they claim here that they offered without actually doing anything they said they did/would."

"They crushed it. They came with a big crew and knocking it out in no time. De-thatched the lawn which is a pain and then did the aeration and over seeding / fertilizing. Brian was good about letting me know when they were coming. Would hire again and comfortable recommending their services to others in the neighborhood."

AFFORDABLE PRICES!! Full service tree company serving the Northern Virginia area. Anything from minor trimming to complete tree removal.
"AJ of Virginia tree and his crew did an excellent job They removed a row of bushes about 50 feet long that was beside a wooden privacy fence and ground out the stumps, and left cleared ground. Also, cut down 5 medium and 3 large trees. Cleared out about 20 to 30 feet of vines, undergrowth, sapling trees that was growing under those trees. It was so thick you could not walk through it. Ground out the stumps and about 25 existing stumps. Cleaned up all debris. We had several estimates, and price was extremely reasonable for the work done. Highly, highly recommend them. Superior work at a very reasonable price. Would use again if needed. Confident that they will do a great job"

While the terms deck and porch are often used interchangeably, they are two distinct home features. Porches offer a roof that protects from the elements when coming and going from the house. Generally, porches are on the front of your home. On the other hand, decks are generally built in the backyard of a home and offer no roof or protection from the elements, like rain or snow. Porches typically require less maintenance and upkeep thanks to the roof, but both features require regular cleaning and repairs to maintain good condition.
The cost to build a deck is $8,025 on average. However, this cost can range anywhere from $1,500 to $22,000, depending on multiple factors, such as size, materials, and deck type. You can expect to pay $30 to $60 per square foot when building a new deck.
Cedar decks are often the most cost-effective option, ranging from $4 to $9 per square foot for materials. However, pressure-treated decking, which is resistant to rot, is more expensive, ranging from $15 to $25 per square foot for materials.
Yes, adding either a porch or deck (or both!) to your home can add value. Both of these features add character and curb appeal to your home, but even more importantly, they add an element of convenience. Plus, these home features create additional square footage of living space to your home. Adding a porch onto your home can give you a return on investment (ROI) of up to 84%, while adding a deck can provide an ROI of up to 80%.
Several types of porches are available to meet your needs and style preferences. Some common porch types include:
Porticos are essentially a roof over a walkway leading to the home's front entrance.
Sunrooms are closed-in porches that are an extension of the house with glass or plastic panels that allow optimal sunlight.
Wraparound porches extend around the entire home, or at least the front and one side, and offer multiple entrances to the house.
Back porches are an extension of the home’s floor into the outdoors. These offer more protection and privacy than a deck.
As with patios, there are many types of deck choices to choose from to add personalization to your home. Some common deck options include:
Attached decks are anchored to the home and include simple ground-level options or multi-level structures with stairways and separate landings.
Detached island decks are not attached to the home; they’re a freestanding structure in the yard.
Wraparound decks connect the back of the house with at least one other side and often are built with railings for safety.
Multi-level decks connect your deck through varying levels of elevation, featuring landings that are attached to stairs.
