He was a professional, fixed everything fast and efficient, and was very clean and tidy about his work. He was on another call when I contacted him, and he was at my house an hour later. He was reasonable in the cost of his service. I would hire him again."

"Outstanding!! Plumbing was done by Aaron Brown and electrical work was done by Daniel Roady. Mr. Brown replaced my plumbing which was well needed. The job also needed some drywall repair, and light carpentry also performed by Mr. Roady. The job was a bit difficult because there wasn't a dishwasher before. The new appliance went in the space previously occupied by my refrigerator. Mr. Roady found a way to anchor the dishwasher until I can get countertop piece put in. All the work was tested for leaks and stability. They left the workspace CLEAN! Southern Plumbing has payment options which make things easier on the budget. I will continue to use Southern Plumbing as a one stop shop for my projects. If I could rate more stars, I absolutely would! "Short Pump did an awesome job from the outset of this project. Ryan was communicative and thorough in detailing the work involved, and the install techs were exceptionally professional during the installation. Chris, James, and (another) Ryan removed all of the old, moldy ductwork in the crawl space and carefully sealed all of the old floor registers--even non-Short Pump plumbers/handymen who have since been in the crawlspace remarked at what a solid job they did. The new attic ductwork was also installed meticulously, which was no small feat since we have plaster ceilings. All three workers acted as craftsman: planning each step, creating custom pieces for the air return when necessary, and communicating with one another to ensure that there were no mistakes. Ryan verified their work after it was done, and we've now had the system checked at the 2-week and 6-month marks (by Evan and Daniel, respectively). Both times, I was similarly impressed by the techs' intelligence and professionalism. Short Pump didn't give us the cheapest quote for this project, but we went with them since they offered a 10-year labor warranty and had solid reviews. Now I have no doubt that they did a finer job than we would have received with even the more expensive estimates, and my family will continue using them for all our future HVAC projects."

"This is a copy of my email sent to them 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard back from them ? I wanted to share my feedback from my experience with The Drying Company. 1/ KNOWING YOUR PRODUCT The salesman assured me that they would be able to spray foam on existing insulation (Ceiling + Wall) because they have the best foam. When I asked him a second time, after another company told me that it would not work, he reassured me that it will work. So I signed with them. And when your technicians came on site, it did not work. BUMMER 2/ RECHARGING A LIFT => BEING EFFICIENT I provided a scissor lift for the technicians. And after working the whole day, they did not plug the lift in to recharge overnight. So when they arrived around 8 o'clock on Friday they could not work. 3/ CLEANING => DOING A NEAT JOB After the work was completed: The trash can was left full inside the warehouse. (See picture attached). The plastic protection was rolled up and dropped outside the warehouse alongside the dumpster (See picture attached). I have drops of spray foam on the drywall which was painted the week before they started the work & a BIG CHUNK above the restroom. (See picture attached). I am sorry but this is not acceptable. For a $35,000 job, I expected more professionalism. Even from the first day, when we had to unload your products from the truck, things were not as expected. I will not be recommending The Drying Company."
