Both times, I was similarly impressed by the techs' intelligence and professionalism. Short Pump didn't give us the cheapest quote for this project, but we went with them since they offered a 10-year labor warranty and had solid reviews. Now I have no doubt that they did a finer job than we would have received with even the more expensive estimates, and my family will continue using them for all our future HVAC projects."
