"I have a very old house and the basement drain has clogged twice in the past two and a half years.
The first time the clog left two inches of water on the floor. Noah Ball came the same day I called and flushed the drainpipe.
He also gave me tips on how to try to keep the drain clear.
Two years later he had to come back for the same reason, although the damage wasn't as bad. This time it was determined that there were roots in the pipe; he cleared it and we have discussed what my next steps will be. At some point the line will have to be repaired or replaced, but prior to that he will do a TV scope to get to the specifics of the problem.
I was very impressed with Noah. He is professional but easy to talk to - and appears to be sincerely interested in doing the best job possible at a reasonable price. I wouldn't think of using another company for rooting. AND, in both cases, he came the same day I called. Now that's good customer service!

He carefully inspected everything (even took a video under the house) and then laid out several options for us. He really knows systems. He suggested a special filter system because my wife has asthma. We selected what we wanted and made an appointment for installation. The team that came to do the installation was also punctual. They were polite, professional, and hard working. They were also pretty quick. There was a lot to do to replace our system, and they were done in half a day! "Overall fine install, had a hiccup with equipment that delayed finishing project two days. Put forth a lot of effort to protect surfaces from over spray/cross contamination. Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite.
