"He gave a VERY reasonable price for the work and then proceeded to flush the two drains in question and check two others. Water was flowing well when he finished, but he told me to let him know if there was still a problem when it rained again. I always like to use independent service contractors whenever possible and would definitely call on Flinn's again."

"The work was completed. I needed repair to my bathroom done urgently and Southern Plumbing came the same day I called. My bathroom floor caved in from water damage from leaking pipes. I live in an older house. When one thing was fixed something else started leaking and Daniel Roady stayed with it and made sure everything was good before he left. "Overall fine install, had a hiccup with equipment that delayed finishing project two days. Put forth a lot of effort to protect surfaces from over spray/cross contamination. Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. Cost was a little high, but great product/quality, you get what you pay for. Better than the cheaper options justifies the price. Easy to work with... Before and after photos attached..."
