"I have a very old house and the basement drain has clogged twice in the past two and a half years.
The first time the clog left two inches of water on the floor. Noah Ball came the same day I called and flushed the drainpipe.
He also gave me tips on how to try to keep the drain clear.
Two years later he had to come back for the same reason, although the damage wasn't as bad. This time it was determined that there were roots in the pipe; he cleared it and we have discussed what my next steps will be. At some point the line will have to be repaired or replaced, but prior to that he will do a TV scope to get to the specifics of the problem.
I was very impressed with Noah. He is professional but easy to talk to - and appears to be sincerely interested in doing the best job possible at a reasonable price. I wouldn't think of using another company for rooting. AND, in both cases, he came the same day I called. Now that's good customer service!

"Plumb Magic was great!  They were able to come out within 24 hours to look at a pipe that burst due to cold weather.  I had explained we submitted an insurance claim and we needed to make sure we had all the correct documentation.  They replaced the pipe.  My mom and dad are deaf and they showed a lot of patience as I explained what was happening.  They also suggested I take pictures of the broken pipe for our records.  That was definitely appreciated.  Both gentlemen were professional.  We will definitely use them again!
