Here at Montpelier Grading Services, LLC, we provide a full suite of dirt work, clearing, landscaping and maintenance. We are locally owned and based in Montpelier, Virginia. We work with homeowners, homeowners associations, business owners, landscape architects, and general contractors. We do both residential and commercial work. We welcome projects of any size. We have used John and his team for two projects at our home. Road grading and gutter drains. They are affordable and do great work! We will be using them for future projects on our property.

Excellent service, set up appointment to servey the site and provided s quote within a couple of days and then went straight to work as soon as there builders were done with their part of the project. Suggested an extra drain system be put in place now rather than later when water damage would be caused by water runoff from roof and ground slope would lead to the front lawn always being flooded... great catch that I would have had to pay for later then reseed and landscape. I will definitely use company in the future as more projects arise. Thank you for impressive, honest and fair service.

John and his team are amazing! Gave us a great price, was very communicative, very nice guy with amazing service. They gutted our unground pool and graded our yard in 3days! He even did extra work for us we didn't even ask for!!! Would recommend to anyone!

Montpelier did an excellent job, grading and leveling my land, grinding stumps, and planting grass seeds. The crew was excellent, very friendly and talked to me about what they had specifically done and if everything looked as I expected. It did and more.
