The service was great very hospitable, friendly, caring, young man.

Beware of this company!! This company came out and charged us an arm and a leg for nothing. My husband was concerned when the guy pulled up in a car that didn't look professional. The price jumped from $98.00 to $221.00 to $345.00 for absolutely nothing just. He charged us for things that he didn't even go over with us. Poor communication!!! The guy didn't come inside to check out our upstairs unit, he just stayed outside with his pen and pad to see how much he could rob us for. When he left, still NO air! We had to spend another $120 for another company to come out, and less than a hour they fixed the problem and our ac unit is working properly!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone!!!

Very impressed with how much they cared for my friend, a paralyzed veteran, who was so suffering from the heat and not able to use some of his medical equipment. Upon finding this out, they suggested that they could get a window unit to get him through and that they would not charge him to come give him the estimate for the air conditioning... very honest and caring company... we cannot say enough good things about them! Wish we could give them 10 stars for truly caring about our paralyzed veterans....thank you, Fresh Aire!

Very fast response and quick work but much more expensive than others.

Fresh air added refrigerant to our AC unit. He was professional, friendly and efficient.

Took a little while longer to fix then expected; due to a delay in receiving the replacement part. I did appreciate that they found a way to re-jigger the issue so that the tenants were able to still receive heat. Would have rated hire if I had more pro-active communication.

Drew was a pleasure to work with. He replied to my request with a return phone call on a Sunday evening and new exactly what was the cause of the problem he described. By Tuesday the work was completed and the cost was very reasonable, much less than other quotes I had received. His number is stored in my phone now and I will not hesitate to call on him for my future needs.

When I solicited bids for a heat pump replacement, his came in well below others, for a superior system with a higher SEER rating. His manner and installation work was professional.
