This was a 3rd-floor condo unit so the outside unit was on the roof of the 5th story, I could not have been more pleased with the outcome - a very professional and thorough job. They even relocated the thermostat to a better wall location. Very easy to work with and the most important thing to me was they obviously take a lot of pride in their work and it's always a pleasure to deal with people who do what they say. While he was here, we mentioned that the hot water didn't seem to have much power. He took apart the shower fixture and fixed the hot water valve. He also removed some silicon fingerprints from the doors that had been left during installation that we could not remove with glass cleaner. He was very professional and willing to make us satisfied with the project. We appreciate his willingness to look at the couple of items that were not originally on the work order so that we didn't have to make another appointment to have someone else come out. He was just great to work with!!"
