"This company did repairs to my roof in 2018 and the repairs are covered with a 5 year warranty. After a heavy rain, I noticed water leaking again in the section where the roof was repaired. I contacted Mr. Forrest to notify him about the leak with expectations of the owner being accommodating. I also reminded him about the warranty coverage. I requested that he arrange to have someone check the leaking situation. Mr. Forrest was indifferent, condescending and would not commit to an inspection date. After making a second telephone call, this time being more insistent, Mr. Forrest begrudging (rude would be a better description of his reaction) agreed to August 6th. No one from this company showed up on August 6th. When I hired this company two years ago they had an A rating. I am especially disappointed at placing my trust in the credibility of this company and the integrity of the owner."
