This company stole $755 from me and should not be allowed to operate. This company is a disaster to work with. I had a water heater that needed to be replaced. I made a service request through my home warranty company. Mundin said I would owe $755 in non-covered costs. I paid the $755 because it was the only way to secure an appointment. On the day the first appointment was scheduled, I got a call saying that the water heater order had been cancelled and it wasn't at Home Depot to be picked up and that I needed to call my home warranty company. I rescheduled the service a few weeks later. On the day of the appointment, I received a call from Mundin towards the end of the appointment window that the service technician went to pick up the water heater but the order had been cancelled. I then asked Mundin to no longer continue the service and requested they refund my $755. It has been 1 month since I cancelled the service request. I have called Mundin numerous times trying to find out where my refund is. I was told 7-10 business days to process the refund, but after that had not received the refund to my credit card. I called Mundin to find out what happened and the receptionist said that she would call their bank to find out what happened. I was told that apparently there was some error with their bank and that the bank was going to reissue the refund. That was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting on my refund. This company provided zero services for me and stole my money.

Complete scam artists this company cannot be trusted. I paid for 3/4 inch piping in 4 bathrooms for 2 weeks I have been in the middle of an $18000.00 job with mundin plumbing I paid 9000.00 upfront I paid to Mundin and have been in constant communication with Dan the manager have been lied to for 5 days. No one shows up, when they do show up they work for an hour have been waiting around for plumbers to show up and no one shows up. When I speak to Dan he tells me a deadline that ends up being false. I called to speak to the owner today never got a call back, I have been nice, patient understand but I am losing my other sub contractors due to mundin delays and lack of communication. It’s a terrible way to treat someone. I am cancelling services with mundin and would never want anyone to deal with such a terrible experience. Nothing has been done base on what is on quote and is trully unfair to be on a deadline and only ask for communication and get nothing

Per your contract the installation has been performed as agreed upon and further funds have been collected from you and paid to Mundin Plumbing for work performed properly. This review should not be posted but taken down. If the ball was dropped by one of our employees we have apologized and rectified the situation and you did get a phone call from one of our owners. Our staff has been nothing but professional and courteous toward you even though your job site managers prolonged the installation process and made things difficult (they were not prepared for our installation & framing was not complete). And you are not asking for a refund or to discontinue work when you paid us yesterday 04/20/2022 a full week after this review was posted. Thank you"

He broke a part and had to replace it which make the cost go much higher. He email a receipt for $450.00. When I retrieved the email receipt, it did not itemize what was done. I have called the office on more than one occasion and asked for an itemize receipt - have not received it. I was told they were too busy.

I was expecting a estimate for the project but the plumbers were under the impression they were there to work? I had not purchased the toilets yet till I received estimates. I also wanted the indoor water shut off valve replaced and upon seeing the pipe work for my wholehouse water filter system they suggested replacing the piping. The estimate came and it was definitely to high period.

Tom and Rich came out promptly, quickly assessed and located the problem and resolved it. They were professional and courteous. Very happy with the service. I don't know how much the service would have cost because it was covered by our utility policy with Dominion.

It went as well as it could for this type of a job, with all the digging required. They made sure my water was off only a short period of time, and that it was working properly. They followed up and made sure that my driveway was properly repaired by an asphalt company too. So I am pleased at the whole process.

Technicians Mike and Marcus came out the same day I called, mid-morning. They found the issue with no problem, and resolved it. During their time in my house, they wore booties, spoke both friendly and politely, took the time to explain things to me, etc. If the in-house portion of things was the only thing deciding whether or not I would hire the company again, I would be 100% happy to hire again. The cost was a little higher than I'd hoped, but what can you do when water's coming up and the home warranty won't cover it? I won't be re-hiring again because of the office end of things. I called a number of times, just to simply get a report of services performed e-mailed to me. I didn't have any complaints, didn't need further repairs, etc, just wanted a simple e-mail for my records. They haven't answered my phone calls since the initial one to schedule the repair, haven't returned my calls, and I most definitely have never gotten any report. It's rather depressing, as it makes me feel like this company only answers the phone if they know somebody is going to call related to the home warranty. Your field techs were so great, so what's so hard about sending a report of job performed?
