I believe everyone in our development has the same old cabinets! I told Jacob, that the builders shouldâ  ve hire you to do their cabinets in the first place!!! I was ready to sell my house because My wife didnâ  t like the kitchen. Then we discovered Revelare Kitchens!!! We are not moving!!!!Thank you Jacob and your team for helping us stay in our home!! "The group/team of young men that came to our home to do a FULL replacement of windows were hard working (in the rain), communicated to us all that was going to happen, cleaned up any mess and washed the new windows. Each and everyone of them (Mark M. Dustin, Kemon, Jeff, Chris, Calvin) were an absolute pleasure to have in our home. I HIGHLY recommend using West Shore Home for future window replacement. AND to go out of their way, a couple months back we also used West Shore Home for a full bath replacement and one of the young men acutally put quarter round down at the base of the new bath install and POP, made it look 100% better. Just an awesome crew. They did not have to do anything to our new bath but did. THAT is servie above and beyond!"

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel questions, answered by experts

Completing a full standard bathroom remodel offers the best value, with an average return on investment (ROI) of 70%. However, you don't need a full remodel to make an impact. To maximize value, focus on key components like flooring, the tub and shower, vanity, and cabinets. High-value upgrades include installing a walk-in shower, resurfacing a tub, retiling, or expanding the shower. For more budget-friendly options that still increase value, consider repainting with a light, neutral color, or updating the mirror and light fixtures. It's also crucial to address any necessary repairs, such as leaks, mold, or cracked tiles, as buyers will notice these issues. Avoid flashy upgrades like bathtub jets or steam showers, which don't add as much value.

Tile removal costs about $2 to $7 per square foot unless you do it yourself. When you hire a pro, tile installation costs $5 to $45 per square foot. Costs vary widely, but they depend on the tile material (custom-made stone tiles cost significantly more than plain ceramic tile), location, and tile size.

A wet room is a bathroom that’s covered in tile or other waterproof materials. They have an open shower with a half wall and little to no separation between the shower and tub and other fixtures. Water drains from a wet room through a central drain. The open design of a wet room can make the room feel larger, making the design a popular choice for small bathrooms.

Current trends include frameless glass, smart shower systems, and water-efficient fixtures.

The general rule of thumb regarding how much to spend on remodeling your home is not to exceed 30% of the value of your property for the remodel budget. For example, if your house is worth $350,000, the 30% rule suggests that you shouldn’t spend more than $105,000 on the remodel.
