The experience was a waste of my time and money.
He wasn't punctual.  He gave us a four hour window from 8 - noon on Tuesday.  At 11:55 he called to say he had a flat tire and would be here after 1 pm. I said that would be fine but I needed to leave by 3:40 pm for a doctor's appt.  He called back maybe an hour later and said his truck wouldn't be fixed and that he couldn't make it.  We rescheduled for Thursday between 10-noon.  He didn't show up or call.  We called him after 1 pm.  He said he was in Alexandria and had forgotten about our appointment.  He came after he finished in Alexandria.  I had to leave before he arrived so I had my father-in-law meet him.  
When he arrived he said the dishwasher needed a new valve, but that first we had to call a plumber to fix a different valve under the sink that was stuck and preventing him from turning the water off to the dishwasher.  Here was his message to me about needing a plumber "YOU ALSO HAVE THE PROBLEM WITH THE WATER VALVE THAT SUPPLIES THE WATER TO THE DISHWASHER THAT IS NOT CLOSING OR IT IS STUCK, AND MIGHT BRAKE IS WE TRY TO CLOSE IT, YOU NEED TO GET A PLUMBER AND FIX THAT BEFORE ANYTHING IS DONE TO THE DISHWASHER."  He offered to recommend a plumber to my father in law.  I called my own plumber.  The plumber arrived and said there was nothing wrong with the valve under the sink and that it turns easily by hand.  There is a dual valve system under the sink and the plumber thinks the dishwasher repairman probably was trying to adjust the valve to the faucet and not the one to the dishwasher.  I called the dishwasher repairman and had the plumber talk to him by phone.  He told Mr. Mynor that the valve was functioning properly and did not need to be repaired.  The plumber?s visit cost $146.
For the return visit, Mr. Mynor messaged me through Angie?s List and said "the unit needs a new water inlet valve, the part is $96, second trip is $65, and the labor to install the part is $90 comes to a total of $251?
I said fine but that I thought I had already paid for an hour of labor by buying his ?$74? deal on angle?s list.  He said by message "THE COUPON IS FOR ME TO GO TO YOU AND DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM, ANY LABOR OR PARTS IS NOT INCLUDED,?

I pointed out that the deal I purchased said an hour of labor was included with the diagnosis.  He said only diagnosis of the problem was included.  I understand he needs to make money, but if he can't make money with a deal that offers a free hour of labor with the diagnosis that he shouldn't offer that deal.  Finally gave up and had someone else come out and fix the dishwasher.

Professional behavior, courteous, knew his stuff.

Very well. Mynor was responsive and helpful. Work was professional and timely.

HVAC EVOLUTIONS services technician Mynor Morales was very promt and friendly in his services. He arrived within the hour I had contacted his company when my furnace suddenly stopped working the day before a very large storm was to hit our area.  After finding the problem he was able to get the part and install it without delay. I found him to not only be helpful and fair but honest, which is pleasantly surprising  sometimes in this industry especially when you are faced with  a sudden emergency. Instead of calling the big names I took my friends recommendation and called HVAC EVOLUTION Home Appliance Repair Heating and Cooling Services.  I was very glad I did and will certainly not only pass the referral on but I will also feel good about calling them in the future.

Mynor and his helper got the work done efficiently and I am very satisfied with the result.

I KEPT SEARCHING FOR LOCAL COMPANIES AND HVAC EVOLUTION CAME ON THE LIST I CALLED THEM AND WITHING 2 HOURS THEY SEND A TECHNICIAN, WHO WAS VERY PROFESIONAL, HE PRESENTED HIMSELF AS  MR.CORDON, HE STARTED TO CHECK THE UNIT AND FOUND OUT THAT THE OUTDOOR FAN MOTOR WAS DEAD, HE EXPLAINED TO ME
THAT THE OUTDOOR FAN MOTOR WAS BURNT AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, HE DID NOT HAVE THE MOTOR WITH HIM
BUT HE WOULD BE ABLE TO PICK IT UP TODAY HE SAID. HE GAVE ME THE PRICE THAT I AGREED ON IT, HE LEFT AND IN ABOUT ONE HOUR HE CAME BACK INSTALLED THE NEW MOTOR, CHECK THE PRESSURES ON THE UNIT, AND WITHING A FEW MINUTES I STARTED TO FEEL THE COLD AIR COMING OUT.  HE ALSO EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE INDOOR AND OUTDOOR COILS NEEDED TO BE CLEANED, I AM PLANING TO CALL THEM BACK TO CLEAN MY SYSTEM, I AM GLAD I FOUND HVAC EVOLUTION ON LINE, THEY WERE FAST, RELIABLE, AND THEIR PRICE WAS NOT AT ALL THAT BAD FOR THE KIND OF SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.

It was excellent service

Mynor is excellent.  I told him my problem over the phone and he told me what parts to get beforehand so he could fix my dryer without having to come back.  I didn't have time to get the parts beforehand, but the fact that he gave me the option shows how conscientious he is.  He arrived the next day, figured out the exact replacement parts he needed, made a quick trip to get the parts, and fixed the problem.
This description is for the last time I had Mynor fix something, but I have actually been using him for years.  In the last few years, I had him install a new disposal, fix my washing machine, and a few other things.  I have never had any problems with his work.  He is very trustworthy, and if I ask, he takes the time to explain to me exactly what he is doing.  I will definitely be calling him whenever I have any problems with any of my appliances.
