"The service was A+! The technician was timely and had everything he needed to do the job. He assessed the best way to mount the TV. He made a new cable outlet and electric outlet behind where the TV was to be mounted. He was fast and very efficient. He handled my TV with care and mounted it correctly the first time! The cables and wires are all hidden and it looks great! I had just had my condo renovated and all the cables were not hooked up properly yet. I had an appointment scheduled with the cable company to do that, but the technician took a quick look at it and hooked up my cable! When it was all installed, he went through the channels to see that it was working ok. He also went through the streaming capability and insured everything was working as it should. "Just had a 70" Samsung TV mounted above my fireplace using the mm540 Mantle Mount with fully articulating, drop-down, hydraulic arm with sound bar attachment. It fits perfectly above the mantle, and pulls down easily, allowing you to watch TV at eye-level instead of having to crane your neck! I did a lot of research and ended up going with T.E.A.M. Audio & Video out of Manassas. They sent 2 strong guys to do the job (Ralph and Kevin), and completed the entire installation in 1.5 hours. The men were very respectful; wore masks and booties on their feet, and cleaned up their mess once they were finished. They were even able to successfully install my Samsung Sound Bar despite some of the hardware missing from the box!! T.E.A.M. is a licensed vendor for Mantle Mount, which takes more skill to install than a standard, fixed wall mount device. It was obvious these guys knew what they were doing; they were quick, efficient, and made no mistakes. Ralph and Kevin also took their time to explain to me how to properly and safely use the Mantle Mount, and made sure that the TV and sound bar were working before they left. Scheduling with Christina via text was easy, and extremely quick. Following the visit, I received my electronic invoice within minutes. Great customer service. :) Very pleased with T.E.A.M. and would definitely recommend them."

"Very pleased. Our 18 year old AC unit needed a charge. Aside from the fact that R-22 is almost extinct, the unit ran fairly well for a builder grade 10 seer. R-22 is quite costly these days. Service call was made with a fast response during a busy period. The unit was charged and inspected and the house cooled down. During the inspection it was noted that the gas furnace was rusted to a point where the gas valve had to be turned off. Time for a new system. AC and furnace replaced. There was one minor glitch but it was resolved. This glitch was no fault of the installers. The unit is up and running perfectly. There was no up selling. I had done my research and chose a system within our budget that would work well and it does. I chose Pope’s because a few years back they came out and gave me advice on my DIY thermostat replacement with no charge. I wrote a review back then and said I would call them when I needed service. They seem to operate under the radar - no TV advertising as far as I know. Their price is fair and I will be calling them shortly again to replace a gas water heater. Thanks"

"I bought a deal from Walls Electrical in May 2014. It was $99 for $200 worth of electrical services. We could not figure out why our powder room lighting would not come on even after replacing bulbs, checking breakers, and resetting GFCIs. A Walls technician came out and figured out that the lights were controlled by a small transformer that was connected into an outlet in the adjoining closet. Somehow we had unplugged the transformer without realizing it. Problem solved. The technician then replaced the lighting fixture that my husband had taken apart while investigating the matter a few days prior. While he was replacing the fixture, I handed the technician a circular metal piece that belonged in the fixture. The technician adamantly said that the metal piece did not belong. I had my doubts, but I deferred to his judgement since he is the professional. Well, a day later, that fixture stopped working and when we investigated, we saw that the bulb had burned out the plastic part of the fixture, because the metal piece had not been replaced. 
I immediately called Walls to let them know what happened. At first, they were very prompt in responding to my complaint. I sent pictures, they said they were working on it. Then weeks passed and nothing happened. I called and was told that the person who was handling my account was having health issues and that someone else would get on it. Weeks passed again and nothing happened. I called and was told that my contact person wasn't with the company anymore and somehow I had fallen through the cracks. They were very apologetic. It wasn't until late Fall that a technician was sent out to rectify the situation. They had to replace all 3 lights in the powder room and the product they brought (the closest match they said they could find) and the way it was installed just didn't have the beautiful flush finish that my previous fixtures had. 
Needless to say, a very simple issue turned into a huge waste of my time and energy. I'm happy they finally rectified the situation, but it took way too long and the end product left a lot to be desired.
