"I had an issue with removing my clothes washer connections from the fixtures. I had to contact a plumber and I decided on Plumbing Innovators due to the excellent service I received from them in the past. Two technicians came (Parker and Matt L) and they removed the old washer lines, installed new ones, and tested things. They also were so kind as to provide me with water leak detector (for free) because they noticed that I had a VERY old water heater too (over 32 years old and still kicking). I was so surprised that I gave them both big hugs. They were so kind and delightful to talk to. I can't say enough about them. I hope I don't need them in the future but if I do I'll definitely call Plumbing Innovatgors."

"Marketing representative Christian Abrigo explained all aspects of the benefits of encapsulation to prevent and remove mold and the associated odors in my large crawl space. He explained the technical procedure for installation. He answered all my questions about the safety of the product and provided a safety data sheet and references. He was a great guy who went beyond the call of duty to make sure all my questions were answered. Chris was knowledgeable, pleasant and enthusiastic. The installation foreman was also very experienced and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions on arrival and used tarps to cover all the flooring. There was no mess in my house and the install was not invasive or infringing on daily activities. There was no residual odor or unpleasantness after completion. My house and the crawl space were neat and tidy after the installation. Most important, the smell of mold was finally gone from the room above the large crawl space. I highly recommend NV Waterproofing and will use them again for waterproofing in my home. "Overall fine install, had a hiccup with equipment that delayed finishing project two days. Put forth a lot of effort to protect surfaces from over spray/cross contamination. Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. Cost was a little high, but great product/quality, you get what you pay for. Better than the cheaper options justifies the price. Easy to work with... Before and after photos attached..."

"All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."

"The company utilized a "pull-and-replace" technique as follows: 1) excavated the water pipe at the house and at the street; cut the water line at those two places; 2) ran an 80 ft. steel cable from the street to the house; 3) attached a "pyramid-knife" to the steel cable and then attached the copper replacement pipe to the pyramid-knife. 4) tractor-pulled the pyramid-knife and copper tubing through the old poly-tube pipe, cutting it as it went and replacing it with the copper pipe in one continuous operation. 5) all excavations restored to original condition at close of the work. Process was ingenious and saved all of my trees from root damage (and potential dying in a couple of years.) No digging trenches. The technician was completely professional, competent and courteous. He explained each step as it went. He was also clearly proud of his work and finished every step with complete attention to detail, thoroughness and professionalism. The job took about six hours to complete and went off without a hitch. I am completely satisfied with the work and recommend this company highly ."
