Their price was the best of 5 quotes I received and so the value was high. The only thing that was not perfect was that communication was slow, sometimes they did not respond to texts, but they were good when they responded, and they showed up on time. Overall, 9/10, highly recommend!"

He was a great guy who went beyond the call of duty to make sure all my questions were answered. Chris was knowledgeable, pleasant and enthusiastic. The installation foreman was also very experienced and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions on arrival and used tarps to cover all the flooring. There was no mess in my house and the install was not invasive or infringing on daily activities. There was no residual odor or unpleasantness after completion. My house and the crawl space were neat and tidy after the installation. Most important, the smell of mold was finally gone from the room above the large crawl space. I highly recommend NV Waterproofing and will use them again for waterproofing in my home. "We have been working with Affordable for a couple of years now. To put it lightly, we have the basement from hell. When they arrived, we had some water in the basement and they quoted us based on their normal pricing. Once the concrete came up, we couldn't believe what we were dealing with. It is a constant flow of water that required two sump pits and an insane amount of work to install our drainage system. Every time they tried to dig a pit it would backfill with sand and water- they had to dig this up painstakingly- foot by foot. We thought for sure we were in for additional costs, but they stuck by the original estimate. Since then, any time we have had an issue or a question, they are quick to answer. Poor Kelly and Bobby probably recognize our number on the caller ID but whenever we make a call or send an email, we always get a response- usually with a visit on the same day. We highly recommend this company for their honesty, customer service, and quality work."

"Joey D, James, and Talib were hard workers who took care to protect the areas that were not impacted by their work. They cleaned up the work area very thoroughly. The work included removing dry wall and paneling from the exterior walls of the basement. They trenched around the exterior, installed 2 sumps and drainage channels, replaced 6 window wells, added new drain to the sump in the exterior stairwell, covered exterior walls with moisture barrier, and repaired the concrete. All work was completed in the 5 days scheduled. They communicated well and answered all my questions and concerns. Joey D, James, and Talib make a great team, are employees of JES, and will do a good job for you. They know what they are doing."

I also used John Krause for a repair to my shed from water damage again Daniel and his partner did an excellent job for me. Very please with Daniel and his work. I believe Daniel is a sub-contractor for John Krause, but none the less in my opinion he did really good work and communicated with every step of the way."

"They did a difficult job well. They replaced our old patio with new pavers, expanding it to come to both sets of steps on our deck. They installed new French drains and dried creek bed, going around or under previous drains. They extended the drains from the roof to join the drain to the road. They poisoned and removed invasive plants. Due to the lateness of the year, it is a little too early to see how well the new French drain will work longer term or removal of invasive plants, but it's good so far and it looks good! The price was good and they worked hard and quickly."
