"NV's rep, Bruce Finley, was very patient. He initially bid with the standard black corrugated plastic pipe. When I told him that I wanted to instead use white PVC because it would not crush, he pointed out that it would cost more and he didn't think it was worth the extra money, but if that's what I wanted he would modify the estimate, which he did. I had two other estimates from other well-known companies, which had slightly different approaches that cost more money. After thinking about what I should do (and soliciting opinions from friends) for a year, I chose NV. They saved money by having the pipe drain to a flower bed in the side yard, instead of digging all the way to the street, which would have ruined some of my trees and shrubs. The crew did a beautiful job - the back patio with the French drain around the perimeter looks great. We've had a few storms, although nothing horrendous, and so far so good with the drainage."

John provided an in-depth home inspection of my plumbing and educated me on the importance of venting my sinks to avoid moisture buildup, mold, corrosion, and bad odors. He also found that one of my toilets needed a new flapper valve/lift rod and corrected me on how I was using my garbage disposal, advising me to only use it for light particles stuck to my plate. To assist with the upkeep of my plumbing, John recommended that I buy a drain cleaning kit and even called his dispatch to schedule another member of his team to repair my toilet's lift rod. "Overall fine install, had a hiccup with equipment that delayed finishing project two days. Put forth a lot of effort to protect surfaces from over spray/cross contamination. Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. Cost was a little high, but great product/quality, you get what you pay for. Better than the cheaper options justifies the price. Easy to work with... Before and after photos attached..."

"All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."
