"Called 30 minutes after I had put in my request for services needed. Will was open and honest about the work to be done. He did a excellent job and was extremely custoner service focused. Our yard is level and the grass is green! His crew is conscientious and do great work. I highly recommend them. The bonus is his rates are very reasonable."

"Excellent! They repaired the spigot. They also did general look around at other plumbing to make sure no issues.?They were able to come out right away so that the rental property was ready for new tenants. Everything went fine. The work looks great and now we can actually turn water on and off. Will use them gain for my plumbing issues at the property."

"My husband and I were pleased with the service and the men. They were pleasant and respectful and it is always our desire to help out a "mom and pop" business by using their services.
Jonathan KNOWS his trees and actually climbs the trees himself while letting the other guys (sorry guys, can not remember names) know exactly what would happen and how to help him keep branches off the roof, wires and the neighbors vehicles!
I called their number, spoke with Jonathan and the following day he came by to give us an estimate. Should we need tree service in the future, I will be calling Mad-Family Tree Service.

"It was good. There were certain things that weren't covered under the plan. I'm not sure if they cut the bushes down in the back around the fence. I had to pay extra for that. They should try get me to know the schedule so I know when they're coming and when they're not coming. Other than that, it takes time to get the workers together. I like Patrick and he's the owner. The thing in the firepit was included with the mulch but he said I had to pay for the materials."

"The crew came one day after my call. They removed a small tree from my front lawn, grinded the stump, removed the limbs and debris. You wouldn't know the tree was ever there. Excellent job."

"After a ridiculous estimate from a prior contractor, whom I fired, I called G&G and another local company. Both came out for estimates as scheduled. G&Gs estimate was a hair higher, but I felt more comfortable with them than the other company.
Amanda was easily reachable and everything was easily scheduled around my personal schedule.
The crew arrived early the day of the job and promptly began to work. They didn't mind at all that I watched, as I wanted to see the damaged plywood they'd be removing. The main roof was completed in a day. The sunroof roof and gutters were completed the next day. Due to weather, the shutters were installed on the third day. A few bits and pieces of the sunroof work were left behind, but nothing to complain about.
Although the other estimate for the main roof was a tad higher than the other company, the sunroom roof and gutter prices easily made up for it. They also sent out a guy to pressure wash the house after the work was complete....fabulous!!!
I look forward to working with them again on further projects...and highly recommend them to other Angie's List members.
