Docherty Roofing was the most impressive company to respond to my request for a roof replacement. They were the first company to show up and provide us an estimate. John was professional and very knowledgeable, not to mention efficient as a quote was provided on the spot. They also offered a competitive warranty. John is an excellent salesman but did not try to force me into selecting his company. I interviewed a few other companies over a 4 week span and Docherty roofing still remained the most impressive. I provided the deposit and shortly after, the dumpster was delivered and they began working on my roof. Johnâ s team was also wonderful at keeping me informed and cleaning up after the job was done. They even blew away the leaves in my yard! I waited a bit to write this review and so far I have not experienced any leaks from my roof. A+ experience. I would definitely hire John and his team againâ ¦ but hopefully I wonâ t need to!

John and his team did a fantastic job with our roof replacement. He answered all our questions before starting the project and continued to communicate with us throughout; we knew exactly what would be going on when with no surprises. During the roof replacement, his team worked efficiently and did a great job cleaning up after the fact. After the install, John came out to the house on a weekend to do a final assessment and even spent some time working on a couple areas that weren't quite up to his standard. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and overall very easy to work with. We would definitely hire him again.

John was AWESOME!! He was there quickly and had me the estimate the same day. We were able to schedule the work quickly until mother nature decided to make sure she wanted to be complicated with dumping a couple feet of snow over the next couple of weeks. John called me on a regular basis to keep me up to date even though it was not necessary I could see all the snow outside myself. Finally when the snow stopped and melted enough that his crew could be on the roof safely they got right up and had it done in one day! And the best part if it they came in UNDER the estimate!!! I have had a lot of work done with many contractors and I have NEVER had any come under the estimate and if they did I sure did not benefit from it! Again.....JOHN AND HIS CREW ARE AWESOME!!!

John came over and found where our leak was coming from, gave me an estimate, and repaired the leak all in one day. He was very professional, and did a great job!

John was great to diagnose the small roof leak and fixed it next day. He found the peak vent not properly fastened and sealed which lifted up in strong sweeping rain and a pipe boot that needed replaced. He also sealed a valley that was lifted up. Great job!
