All three of them provided welcome suggestions, good guidance and advice throughout the process… starting with clear and transparent service agreements. Select was very accommodating with scheduling and access to the house / workspaces. Questions were answered promptly by Amanda, Mark and John, and any concerns were addressed to our satisfaction. GBC Kitchen and Bath is continuing to monitor this situation we are working hard to keep everyone safe. We are happy to serve clients Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. We will only have 1 client in the showroom at a time. Please CALL before coming in. Our Staff: Our staff is staying informed and being proactive as well as monitoring their health. We are asking everyone on site and showroom staff to monitor their temperatures daily. Designers are also able to work from home if needed. On the Job Site: We are using plastic barriers to separate the work area from the home and are ordering Porta Potty’s for upcoming projects to limit the need to visit other parts of the house. We have provided supplies for washing hands and disinfecting tools. For all projects currently scheduled, we have ordered all materials which are being stored in our warehouse and do not expect any delays. In the Showroom: We can also schedule Virtual Meetings on request. Staff is keeping their distance from visitors and ensuring they are always at least 6 feet apart. Farzan was a great point of contact, and they were quick to address a few small problems that I noticed afterward (one of the installed floor planks had a crack, for example) with no additional charges. They finished our basement remodel (adding a shower, painting, removing old rugs, installing new wood/stained stairs, etc) within a week of their original estimate, so definitely points for that. Prices were reasonable compared to other estimates as well-"

"Terrible experience. We contracted with Prime Custom (Kamil) to do a full bathroom and kitchen remodel in 2021 and we have had tons of issues. Their license # 2705166476 that they were operating under has been REVOKED as of May 2024. You can check this for yourself by going to the Virginia state website [*** Link removed ***] and entering the License # 2705166476. Yes, the name on the VA state website is different but they were operating externally as Prime Custom. As proof, I have attached a picture of the contract which shows the above License # , and Prime Custom's name. They are now operating under a different license # 2705173804 which I find highly unethical. I have already filed a complaint with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and they will investigate if any laws were broken. Before considering doing business with Prime Custom, or any other contractor, please ensure that you look up their license number on the above Virginia State website. Summary of my experience: - Bathroom: The shower has developed a major leak which is going through the bathroom floor into the lower level. See pictures. I am contracting with another company to fix, which is going to cost thousands of dollars. Kitchen - It failed gas and safety inspections multiple times. To this day, I am concerned about the structural integrity of the load bearing wall in the kitchen and am contracting with another company to fix. Hopefully, this review can save others from the extremely frustrating experience that I have gone through."
