Mustafa made a beautiful design and presented us with some many choices of high qualities materials and colors for us to choose. Potomac Kitchen And Bath made my new kitchen look great. The countertops and cabinets look great. They made sure everything was up to code for the inspection and the work done was well worth the money. I would recommend Potomac Kitchen to anybody.

I love my new master bathroom! The Potomac Kitchen & Bath team transformed my sad looking 1994 builder-grade bathroom with a tiny bare-bones corner shower stall into one of the most beautiful bathrooms I have ever seen. The layout was expertly designed to look exactly as I had wished with exquisite luxury tile, matching fixtures, spacious six-drawer quartz vanity, LED mirrors, and a heated floor â plus great suggestions for special materials and colors -- that all came together so beautifully. Matt, my Project Manager, kept me informed daily of progress and what to expect. He also coordinated with the suppliers and made sure that the correct items were shipped to my home. The crew, including master craftsmen and led by Franik, arrived to completely demolish the entire space down to the studs and concrete, and then installed each element of the gorgeous bathroom I now enjoy every day, with many extras and conveniences I never knew I needed! The craftsmen on the team did amazing work. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day and took away all trash. My gracious thanks to Mustafa, Matt, and Sabi for all that they did to make my bathroom project a wonderful reality. I highly recommend Potomac Kitchen & Bath for your new bathroom!

I hired Potomac Kitchen & Bath for kitchen remodel. Even though it was during the covid but, they did a very good job with my kitchen remodel porject. I would recommend them for your kitchen remodeling project.

Potomac Kitchen and Bath did an excellent job in my bathroom. Eniko , the designer help me to choose the right elements for my new, beautiful bath using high quality brands , models and tiles. Matt , the project manager was very helpful and professional to follow through. and assist me when problems aroused. The crew members included electricians and plumbers (Eric, Sam , Sabri and Yilber) that worked on schedule and left everything in order when the project was finished. I am very satisfied with their job. I will highly recommend this company.

Potomac Kitchen & Bath completed a large project that consisted of the kitchen, master bathroom, guest bathroom, and powder (half bathroom). When brainstorming the kitchen and bathrooms, the staff were very helpful with picking out the types of cabinets, counter, flooring, toilets, and hardware. They did a fabulous job with the demolition of the old stuff and the installation of the new cabinets, lighting, floors, toilets, and hardware. The project manager and staff were wonderful with communicating with me and keeping me up to date. I'm grateful to have found Potomac Kitchen & Bath via Angi. I highly recommend them and wish they could do my kitchen in Pennsylvania.

I have a good experience with Potomac Kitchen and Bath (PKB). My kitchen was completely and it looks beautiful. It is not easy when on these days things are on back orders (my cabinets), but Matt-the project manager is very helpful to follow up with manufacturer and get things on track. The crew (Johnny, Omer and Arnold) delivered good craftsmanship and they worked hard to get the job done. Now I would spend more time in my new kitchen to cook food for myself and loved ones. If you want to hire a company to remodel your kitchen, look nowhere else. PKB is a right place to go to for your project.

DO NOT hire this company if you want to remodel your home. I signed up for Kitchen and bath remodeling in May, 2021. Both projects were not delivered as in the design on paper, and when reached out to the project manager or owner/sales agent, they would not follow up or fix the issue. Example #1: Design to include glass door for shower. They installed glass door for tub. When complained that water flows out from top of the glass door as it is short height meant for tub, project manager would insist this is the correct glass door. Example #2: Design to include tip off tray and sliding waste baskets under the sink. They installed none. When asked the reason was both could not be installed with the newly installed sink. No answer yet, when asked why was this not communicated to me so we could have discussed installing a different sink/layout. Example #3: Design to include motion-sensor kitchen sink faucet. Incorrect installation. When reached out, I was told to call the customer service. When I called they looked at pictures and confirmed incorrect install. Correction was made which failed the next day. Its been several weeks reaching out to them but they do not respond. Example #4: Design included shower drain rectangular. Delivered was square shaped which turned rusting within first week. Reason given was rectangular drains are not good. They did replace the square drain. Example #5: Design included kitchen cabinets soft door. When testing, found out soft-door was not functioning for one drawer. Reason given was you have to push it hard when closing, where I showed it to them the others did not required a hard push. Still no response. Example #6: Design included new sink. Found out after a week of usage that it started to develop rust marks all around. I was asked to contact Kraus customer service which in return told me to provide order number in case replacement is desired. Reached back to owner/sales agent and its been several weeks now and have no response. Example #7: Project included that they will cover my appliances during the replacement of kitchen cabinets. Found out they continue to work without covering any appliances during the whole project. Conclusion: - If you have hard earned money and want to spend on remodeling your home to your own design/expectations, please DO NOT hire this company. - Their workers are not skilled to do the job. -They will not respond to your calls/emails, and are bold enough to tell you on your face that they have 15+ customers and they will reach back to you when they can. -The signed contract says any defects, they will provide service or assistance. Its been several weeks, over 2 months now, no resolution or return of phone calls/emails is provided. - If a small size company is providing services like this, it clearly indicates they are focused on signing up customers, dont want to pay to hire qualified workers to include project managers. Potomac Kitchen and Bath just finished our kitchen remodel and I am extremely happy with the result. It was completed within three weeks and the quality was top notch! Matt, the project manager was amazing to work with and communicated effectively to keep the project moving. The crew led by Jhonny was terrific! They really produced quality work! I would whole heartedly recommend them for anyone looking to remodel!

We hired Potomac Kitchen and Bath to remodel our kitchen, living room, and floors throughout the house. We could not be happier with the end result. Matt was the project manager and helped us out every step of the way. He was always available for any questions or concerns we had (even at night and on the weekends). The construction crew of Franik, Alehandro, Mike and Alex worked their tails off to get this project done. This was the first time we took on a project like this at our house and the whole team worked with us and made sure everything was done exactly how we wanted it. We have a master bathroom that is next on the list and we will not look anywhere else. We would work with Potomac Kitchen and Bath again and recommend this company to anyone.

I had my entire kitchen remodel. This business did an outstanding job. I’m so satisfied with how it turned out. Mike the designer is so patience. He will work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. The workers were very professional. I will definitely recommend this company. I’m sure you will be just as pleased as I am.

From start to finish the team at Potomac Kitchen and Bath delivered upon what was needed to finish the project and ensure that we were happy with the final outcome. They did a great job of keeping us informed about the status of the project from what was done today and what will be done tomorrow.

Alejandro and Carlos were always professional and worked morning until evening to ensure that the project was on time and with high quality. Matt, the project manager, always checked in with us to see if we were having any issues.

The Potomac Kitchen and Bath team did a fantastic job transforming our small outdated kitchen and Seanâ s design more than doubled the useable space. The project manager Matt made sure everything was exactly as we wished. The remodel crew, Cesar and Amado, can absolutely be trusted to get the job done correctly and on time.

Highly recommend Potomac Kitchen and Bath for any remodeling project! Their quote was only slightly under the others we received from, but it was Seanâ s communication that really sold us. We were discouraged by the no-shows and delayed follow ups from so many other contractors that this was a breath of fresh air. Sean was great in helping us pick out our materials and flexible in designing our bathroom to better fit our vision. Wilson was the true rockstar of the project and we couldnâ t have asked for a better team. Matt was also wonderful about keeping us updated and answering our questions. Like a previous review, there were times when they were inconsistent about working on a set schedule, which only affected us because of our dog being out and my husband working at nights needing to sleep in the basement. The quality of their work though was truly impressive and we will be sure to use them again when weâ re ready for another remodeling project!

They did a little extra that made a bid difference

Overall we are very happy with the outcome of the project. As with any remodeling project, there are always glitches and ours was no exception. The quality of the work is very good but the project did take longer than expected. This was in part due to a Covid scare from us and not anyone on the project team. Fortunately working from home during Covid allowed me to keep a close eye on the work and progress. The contract was carefully documented and I did refer to the contract on several occasions to ensure we were getting what we agreed to. I am confident that I will use Potomac Kitchen and Bath again for our next bathroom remodel in the near future.

This has been a terrible experience. Make sure you read the contract very carefully to ensure that all of you expectations are being covered, Because they certainly will not point out any shortcomings and you will be forced to pay extra for work you thought was being done as part of the contract. Matt is a terrible project manager and could care less about meeting any customer expectations. There has never been a schedule of any kind. They show up when they feel like it and have caused us to spend a week of leave by not communicating that no one will be showing up after we were informed they would. Numerous details were glossed over and when brought to the attention of the Project manager, he made no effort to see that things were being done in a timely and professional manner. Items were not ordered in a timely manner. So the project dragged on for several extra weeks. Trash was not picked up regularly. The new tub was used as a storage locker and was damaged. New bathtub fixture leaked from the beginning and it took a week for them to put in a new cartridge. The job was rushed at the end so they could collect the money, consequently the sink leaked, work areas were not cleaned properly, etc. I got lots of excuses but very little satisfaction when problems were pointed out to Matt.

Had Kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeled. Mustafa, Matt, Jem & team did very good job overseeing project, doing design, and performing installation. Quality of work was high, price was fair, crew doing work courteous and skilled. Normal issues in a remodeling project came up, and Mustafa & Matt often went extra mile to help resolve them. Would highly recommend them for remodeling work.
