Following our first meeting with the owner, Roni, we came away impressed by his directness and knowledge of granites. "The installers did s beautiful job installing a quartz countertop, but the did not finish the wall, which had a backsplash that stopped about a half inch from the new counter. It took a couple of phone calls to the company and talking to the owner to get a response. However, they did send another tile installer who created a solution to fill in the gap. He did an excellent job and I was not charged extra for this work. I am very satisfied with the outcome."
