Elman was quick to come out for a quote and knew exactly which details to ask about so I could get the result I was looking for. The office staff kept me updated every step of the way from deposit to clean up, including expected timelines. All of their crew were very nice. They found some rot in studs under a window after removing the old siding; they were able to get it fixed same day and still got the entire project done fast! The quality of the work is excellent. I'm very pleased with the results! The process was great from start to finish.

I hired Elman Construction in 2021 to renovate my front porch and install trim and shutters around 8 large windows. They transformed my house…in the best way! Elman is professional, prompt, understanding of the vision and expects his company to provide outstanding results. I hired them again two weeks ago to replace the roof on my house and shed, soffit/fascia repair gutters/guard, and skylights. Again, they did a fantastic job and this customer is very happy. The crews are hard workers and waste no time. Clean up was excellent. Daniela is fantastic and keeps everything running smoothly. I will call on them again. A+

These folks were working on a house across the street from us and we called to ask if they could help with one small repair that required a very tall ladder. Since they were already nearby, they gave us an amazing deal and we’re incredibly prompt & professional as they delivered high-quality work.

This is my second job with Elman's Constructors. The first was the siding and now is a Gazebo. All Hardie siding and Hardie wrapped columns for the Gazebo. Super work ethics.They come early, work hard, clean and safe. Very high attention to detail. Highly recommendable.

From the initial meeting for the quote until the final clean up was done, we were extremely happy with our siding replacement plus the addition of a new attic window, all done by Elman's Contractors. The employees from the top down are all skilled as well as kind, respectful, efficient, and receptive. Several problems arose in the process including weather challenges but all were managed with ease. Job well done. We would definitely call Elman's again.

I had a leaky metal roof that needed prompt attention. I chose Elman's over the others because of the thoroughness of the sales presentation, the cost, and the consistently good communications with all persons involved. There were no surprises one way or the other in the process. Workmanship was careful, diligent and thorough. My place looked like a hurricane had hit it throughout most of the work. By the time they were finished--no exaggeration here--I couldn't tell that they had been here. I am unable to recommend them highly enough.

Cannot say enough good things about this company. Professional, friendly, and just overall fantastic. The work they did was completed quicker than expected and the entire team was amazing. Very hard working crews that did my project of new siding, windows, and gutters.

Hands down recommend this company to anyone! They were amazing from day one! I had 3 companies to come give estimates. One company never even followed up with a quote and the other was just ridiculously over charging. Needless to say Elman's was the best decision my husband and I could make! Hiring Elmans contractors was the best decision we made. Elman and his crew were absolutely fantastic. They did an amazing job on our home renovation. After beginning the job we realized multiple projects needed to be added and they were extremely accommodating to help us with all of our needs. I recently needed to replace the siding on my house and contacted Elmanâ  s Contractors Inc. for a quote. They responded promptly and actively listened to what work I wanted to do. They were very honest in their assessment and were very fair with their estimate. Working with Daniela, she kept me up-to-date on when the material were ordered, delivery date, and when work was to start. The crew was very professional and did a fantastic job. I was very happy with their overall work and would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors for any future projects!

They were fast getting out to my house for an estimate, had a fantastic price, and project was complete within a few days.

While being a relatively small contractor, Elman delivers better than many professionals. He puts their pricing to shame, his crews work steadily, meticulously and on time, and Daniela kept me informed of events in a timely and thoughtful manner. I contracted siding, gutters and leaf guards for a 1700 sq ft two-story home for under $22,000. The work was done beautifully, carefully and taking into account my personal minor preferences on how some aspects should be completed. No hidden costs, no surprise charges. Other companies wanted me to pay for their advertising, sales staff, warehousing and more - some wanting more than double Elman's price. I'll use him again in the future without reservation and encourage anyone to consider his services seriously.

Great experience, excellent communication, the crew cleaned up everyday before finishing, they were respectful to our landscaping, and showed up everyday on time. The final results were excellent, quality work and have already recommended to a neighbor.

Communication was top notch, incredibly responsive and solved multiple problems the day of the install - very proactive, I'd definitely hire them again.

Came in and gave an estimate to do water damage repair work in 8 offices. Once the estimate was approved they had the work done within a couple of weeks. I recommend them to everyone I know.
