My main problem with Paramount Builders is that once they get in your home for an estimate, they don't want to leave until they have a contract with you. If you cancel, as I did, they respond by coming back to "give you a better deal". My advise would be. "Don't let them in your house". They have no plan for you to get other estimates, compare prices or anything else. I would never do business with Paramount Builders again. They push this "warranty" and justify there outrageous prices with their warranty. My ratings are based on my dealings with Paramount Builders and their reps. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!"

Bryan Barrera was my field manager for this project and from the beginning he worked with my insurance company to make sure the entire side was replaced and brought up to code. "Our roof was supposed to last 30 years but, because of hurracanes and all our trees eventually coming down it was damaged and the company we'd used did an inadequate job repairing it. We also got more damage later from more storms and BMF showed up right on time. Isaac and his crew fixed that and after 3 other estimates we decided to replace the whole roof though it was only 20 years old. Again, BMF came to our rescue with a reasonable estimate and shortly thereafter reroofed our house and garage, using new shingles able to withstand high winds, also straightening up a problem with leakage around part of our gutter system that had become apparent in the last few years during heavy downpours. They knocked the job out in two days, cleaned up all the debris and couldn't have been more professional. I believe this time we finally found a contractor who did it right and we won't be fooling around with random leaks or tiles blowing off when the hurracanes, hailstorms or falling branches come again as they surely will. Thanks to Issac, Monty and the rest of the BMF crew, we finally have peace of mind at a reasonable cost. I highly reccomend this company, for repairs or replacement, they did a swell job."

"I contracted AAPCO for several related projects - replacement roof, gutters with Leaf-x, siding, shutters and windows. So far the roof has been done. Good job. The roof took a day and a half. The roofing crew did a nice job of cleaning up the yard of all debris and used a rolling magnet to pick up stray nails. Only found one nail in the driveway, luckily not with car tire. Mike, the Field Manager, spent hours going over the project details and demonstrated different products but no pressure tactics and gave me some good ideas on a future project I am planning. He was in the area and dropped by after the roof job was done and noticed something that hadn't been done. Two days later, the crew was back to fix the minor problem. Pretty satisfied so far. Can't wait until the windows and siding is started. Based on the work so far, I would definitely recommend AAPCO for their quality work."
