FINE ELECTRIC COMr Fine diagnosed a short in a specific section of wiring on a single circuit. The breaker would trip as soon as it was turned on. He spent 4 hours trouble shooting each outlet and switch till he had it narrowed down. Of course it was a wire that ran into the attic! He ran a new run of wire to replace the shorted circuit. I would have never figured it out on my own! Highly recommended!- Ed B.

WoodfinHunter A. provided excellent service. Woodfin sales agents are thorough, kind, real and to the point and ensure attention to detail and customer service is upheld. I was amazed how they texted me and let me know they were coming in ten which gave the fam heads up to mask up and have stuff ready. He arrived within ten minutes. Hunter had the decency to come with a mask and hear us out. Got straight to servicing this wretched oil burner and did quality work. He responded courteously to my various question without any BS and with the details he could. The burner is now cleaned and we can now confidently use it without breathing in noxious gases like we did last night. Oh, did I mention Woodfin got back to us the following morning of when we noticed how we were in trouble with the burner the night before?! This 179 dollar per item per year insurance-esque service Woodfin does is excellent and of great value. He even cleaned and did work on other items of the burner and gave me a feel of when things might need to be replaced. As of right now the product provides 20% off parts so I very well may follow through on a new motor if need be. Of course, there’s whether or not this maintenance and cleaning is lasting, but it sure seems like it in comparison to the sub-par people we once used who were more expensive. I’m confident I can reach out to Woodfin for future maintenances/services. I’m in need of a new heating and cooling system and HVAC work for this house too, so after I upgrade the electricity next month, I’m sure to consider Woodfin to do that too.- Oscar G.

A Appliance RepairI called at 10, they had an opening and they were here by 11. The refrigerator fan was broke so it needed a part. The best part they left to get the part and came back and installed it the same day. Refrigerator is fixed. Derek did an incredible job!- tom g.

They went the extra mile to diagnose the problem over the phone and had the foresight and customer service skills to make sure they had the part, not easy to get, in advance of the appointment. True Appliance SolutionsOur Samsung dryer's heating coil broke last year and I bought a replacement to do the repair myself. After installing the part, I couldn't get it to work. I called Scott at True Appliance Solutions and he quickly showed me what was wrong for a very reasonable price. Just last night our dryer heating coil broke again, so I called Scott to come take a look. The cheap aftermarket coil I had bought a year before had bit the dust and he replaced it with a factory original part. He worked quickly and the price was great. I will be using him for all of our appliance repairs from here on out.- Chris M.

A guessing approach to troubleshoot issue with refrigerator and its freezer. At the end, it appears that the technician knowledge of my appliance wasn't solid. No suggestion for using measuring device and after I used it and provided the results they were interpreted incorrectly. I almost bought a new refrigerator as I was told that the refrigerator's compressor was bad but, luckily, after advice of another technician, not associated with Neli, the right part was replaced and the refrigerator is working again.
