APPLIANCE CONNECTION

First of all they were 2 weeks late delivering refrigerator. THEN they showed up without calling so I had not cleaned out the old frig. When they were almost finished setting up I realized it was the WRONG refrigerator!  Did not bring all the needed parts either  - for which I had paid.  I confirmed they dellivered the wrong one  -(I had read him the model number about 5-6- times )  then he tells me the one I ordered does not come in the color I asked for. Reordered.   Five and 1/2 weeks and still no frig  - using a temorany one. How LONG can you blame snow?????  Wish I had gone with my instincts when I saw the messy desk in the store. Stacks of papers everywhere. Should have gone to Lowes.

delivery took over two months. The folks that delivered failed to install the filter and claimed that the turn on valve the water was jammed. I later found out that there was nothing wrong with the turn on valve. There was one handle where the screw hole was stripped and the installers told me to contact them. I contacted them and was told a new one would be delivered (handle). I had to call again one month later and two months later and then they said it was back ordered. Four months later I received the wrong handle. Called again and finally received the proper handle 5 1/2 months after receiving the refrigerator.
It appeared that Appliance Connection did not follow through with requests but then the supplier in New York failed to follow through.

Salesman listened to our stated needs and knew the products well enough to match our needs with the best product. Installers arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the installation. Removed the old appliance as promised and cleaned up their work area before leaving.

This was the best experience I've had with a repair service. Appliance Connection has been here a couple times several years ago, and I've always been satisfied with their service. Don is the best!

They were very good about showing me several options and about asking me what I was interested in. They also looked out for any closeouts where I could save a little bit of money and that might set my needs. They did a nice job of installation, and I was very pleased with the men that did that. I had a problem with one item and they came right out the next day and fixed it. Their price was competitive with other providers.

There were 2 gentlemen that installed this for me. I felt they were very efficient and really knew what they were doing. They took their time. They had to take the doors off the fridge and off my wall to get it through. It was a pleasure dealing with them! Bill installed the plumbing for this fridge and he did a very good job as well. We've already had problems with our ice maker. When the man came out to fix this he simply pulled it out and replaced it. I gathered that they've made some design corrections and I shouldn't have any problems with this new one. Nelly is who owns Appliance Connection and she is so nice to deal with. I would certainly recommend somebody to come here for appliances. As far as the price is concerned, it is in line with other places. But more important to me is the service I got from them. This was a pleasant experience!

My old dishwasher broke and could not be repaired so I bought a new one. Appliance connection had my new dishwasher here the next day and had it installed that afternoon. They were very good and professional.

I had to eventually get a new washer and dryer because it was just beyond time to replace them and they were very helpful with telling what I needed. They did deliver the items to my home and installed them as well.
