It went great! The tech quickly found that the culprit was a bad sensor near the air handler in our attic. He had a replacement on hand and quickly made the fix. He also found that we were two pounds low on Freon, so he topped us up as well. It's been running smoothly ever since. My dad recommended Chase since he's used them for years and they definitely have our business moving forward!

I called ahead and got a quote for removing a cracked sink and installing a new one, as well as checking to see if my toilet was leaking. Everyone was very nice and professional (the estimate was free) and the price was fair and work could be scheduled right away. On the day of service, the two workers who came were very courteous and completed the job quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and finished the install without trouble, they were quite experienced. They even brought me a travel coffee mug for being a new customer. Then they checked the toilet and determined that there was no leak, and did not charge me for this (there had been some old water damage on the floor there and I wasn't sure if it was new since we just bought the house). The final price tag came in slightly under the estimate. I would definitely use this company again, it had the feel of a good family-oriented business.

Excellent, as always. These people are a shining example of what every small business strives to be--friendly, helpful, reasonable, and always willing to work with you. The service folks are some of the best I have ever encountered--every one of them that has stepped into my home feels like family.  They treat my wife and 83 year old mother-in-law like royalty too. We have used their services for I think at least 15 years, and we would not let anyone else take care of our heating/AC or plumbing needs--no matter what the price.

They are very prompt, curteous and know what they are doing.  They made sure the re-installation was to my liking and took the time to discuss various options with me.  I would recommend them and I would use them again.

I wish there was a category for UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE! I called Chase around 11:00 this morning (Saturday before Christmas), to repair a broken toilet. We have company coming this weekend, and a family birthday Monday, so to us this was an urgent issue. With only one other marginally operational toilet-we were concerned. My call was picked up by an answering service and immediately relayed to their plumber. Chip returned the call within minutes and talked through my problem. He was very helpful in explaining the rate differences in weekend work, and offered options to come out immediately today or Monday morning if I preferred. I said I preferred today and he arrived in less than an hour. He quickly repaired both toilets, giving me a thorough understanding of the problem/repair for each one. He also took the time to look at our kitchen faucet which has a small intermittent leak. He explained the problem and put in an order for the needed parts. While completing the repairs, Chip received a call to discuss .... a cake. He apologized explaining it was his daughter's birthday today. Yes!! He came out, on his daughter's birthday, to help us with our non-emergency problem. He would have been justified in waiting until Monday. I can't say enough to describe how impressed I am with this company. The cost was very reasonable for the parts needed and time taken. They will be my first call with any plumbing needs in the future.

I have had excellent experience with them. They were very responsive and they showed up when they said they would. They work on something until it's fixed and they won't bill you until you are satisfied with their work, and their pricing is reasonable.

The technician showed up promptly and performed the work in a timely manner.  We've had no troubles with our a/c this summer.

I used them before and they were better than the other ones on the list.  These guys were we will put you on and let you know if we have a cancellation and they called me up and said yup, you are in, we got someone who can get out there in an hour and it was great.  I couldn't get anyone to take care of my air conditioner and I don't know why.  They have done my heating but hadn't have them do my air.  I should have called them first.

Chase replaced our gas furnace and air condition on short notice.  We had been having problems with the unit and there were several special offers going on from other contractors in the area.  We had worked with Chase in the past so I gave them a call.  They ended up beating all the other "special" offers and were able to complete the work sooner than the other guys.  The day they came out it was snowing but the technicians forged ahead completing the work on time and as described.  Since the replacement included the outdoor A/C unit, they committed to come out in late spring/early summer to check the refrigerant levels and make sure everything was working properly.  They followed through on their commitment returning in May.  They unit is running great and we were very happy with their service!

Chase was great.  I called them based on a prior positive experience.  The upstairs unit they worked on on this date was under warranty, but installed by a different contractor.  I called Chase because I wanted a second opinion when the unit broke.  The owner, Mike, dispelled several points of mis-information the previous contractor told me.  Chase was able to complete the warranty work the next day for approximately $200 less than the other guy.   The work was completed exactly as described and we have had no issues since.  Also, while the technician was here, he noticed that our drain lines for both units were draining into the yard causing run off and erosion, a problem I hadn't gotten around to fixing.  He took a couple of minutes to cut down the pipe so it was no longer running into the yard.

I called around lunchtime to ask about replacing our garbage disposal and was happy to get an appointment for first thing the next morning. The owner Mike was very helpful in talking me through a few troubleshooting steps to make sure that it really needed to be replaced. About 20 minutes later, he called back and asked if they could come by that afternoon since a crew had just finished up early near our house. The technicians were both very friendly and completed the job quickly and efficiently. All in all, we had a new garbage disposal installed less than two hours after I first called--very impressive!

Heat pump died in July on Friday evening. Called and left a message. Got a call back early next morning. Told about when they would arrive. They called when the left the job ahead of me and told me when they would be here. They had the parts on the truck to repair the unit and they were done in an hour. No one likes to pay time and a half rates on Saturday but they were what I think is typical. Really liked that they came so quick in the summer heat.

They did a really good job. It was a two-day process, which was about normal. Their prices were very comparable. They fixed anything we had problems with.
