"Horrible. Worst customer service I've ever received. It's been 2 months and still waiting for my microwave to be fixed. Originally was told it'd be done the following week. Then after weeks of no returned calls or text get told it'll be longer then expected. Then once they finally decide to set up an appointment they don't even show up or call to say they'll be late. Then you're forced to call and leave messages you know will never be responded to."
